“I’ve been to many dealers in the last year and this dealer is extremely transparent and they do their best to satisfy the customer. They clearly value their name and reputation. I went in to see a truck I liked on the website and the sales team of John and Dassan were very helpful and not pushy at all. The manager Henry was also very helpful in breaking everything down for me and took his time explaining all possible options. As it was already after close I decided we would pick up where we left off the next day. I went in, John had the truck ready and detailed. He took his time going over everything and the team worked to get me the best possible price with the rebates that GM was offering. These guys made my life very easy I highly recommend Pointe GMC. John is one of the best salesmen I have ever dealt with, he was extremely accommodating. He let me ask the questions and he answered them. All of his suggestions were not angling in anyway it was clear he wants the customer to be happy leaving the dealership. He was also extremely knowledgeable on the car buying process and GMC trucks, clearly a car/truck guy. The finance guy was also great but I forgot his name, he made the dreadful part that everyone hates during the car buying process very simple, quick and easy. I knew which truck I wanted and they just guided me through the process and set me up for success. Thanks a lot to the team that worked with me at Pointe GMC.”

“It was the first hour in on a five hour drive home from a work weekend out of town, when my car started vibrating on the highway and I needed to pull off. I searched online, and was lucky to find this shop nearby. They were understanding of my emergency status and very helpful to get me in right away. When I got there they were quick to find my problem was a bad tire, and tried to find solutions to get me back on my way as soon as possible. I would've been stranded without them and their quick work. They were excellent to work with, and I cannot recommend this shop enough!”
