Tamara was an absolute pleasure to worth with up front. She was sweet, patient, and helpful throughout the entire process. She would call with weekly updates too, which was such a nice touch. Zach is a masterclass of a dude. He completed the job (had to have a whole door and fender replaced) perfectly and worked with me a ton. Not only was this all reasonably priced, but it was rather quick for the amount of labor involved- and completed without sacrificing the quality of the job at all. I would recommend this business to anyone who enjoys quality people and quality work. 5/5.

“The wheel flare molding on my 2020 Jeep Grand Cherokee came off after the rear door heavily bumped into a wall on a windy day. We initially took the car to the Jeep dealership, where we were quoted around $200 for a brand-new OEM part and labor. Wanting to explore a more affordable option, we found Northeast Body Shop online and decided to check them out based on their excellent reviews—and they absolutely lived up to them.
The technician quickly understood our situation and offered a smart alternative: instead of replacing the entire molding (which was still in great shape), they sourced replacement clips for the ones that had broken and securely reattached the original part. To our surprise, they didn’t even charge us for the work.
This saved us a significant amount of money and proved their honesty, skill, and customer-first approach. They absolutely deserve their 5-star rating—if 10 stars were possible, they’d have earned them.”
“They had taken care of my truck . Notice the damage of the fender that was clearly damaged however they mange to take care of it . Also a piece while during the repair to the inside door was misplaced and clip was broken to window and door controls . Manager was on it once I explained to him . Taken care of . Thanks Winner”
“What a great experience. Union Park wanted over$2,900.00 to repair my exhaust system. The vehicle is 16 years old. To their credit, the mechanic and service writer suggested I go to Midway. I got an appointment the next day. I paid $190.00 and it was done in forty minutes while I waited! No kidding! Tyler and Roy RULE! Patronize this establishment if you want good, prompt service at a more than fair price!”

“I had a tree branch fall on the side panel of my car and took it into Brandywine Auto Body for repair as a first timer and they exceeded expectations. Jay helped navigate two insurance plans, one for the branch damage and a separate supplemental plan to help replace my key fob and scuffed tire. I picked it up yesterday and it looks like a brand new car - they went the extra mile to scuff out any residual marks I had from living in Philly for the past couple of years, vacuumed and cleaned the inside, and even set a date for me to come back and get my car waxed at no additional charge. I highly recommend.”

“I purchased two vehicles the same day. The salesman was tremendous. After that everything went south. I had nothing but headache after headache trying to get our tags and registrations. After numerous traffic stops by law enforcement, and visits back to Preston they say it’s not their fault/ problem. This problem is now almost 4 months old and I still do not have a registration for my new vehicle. There is so much more to my story, but the bottom line is I am very sorry I made this sale with Preston Auto and I will for sure never go back, plus they say one thing to your face and oddly enough it never happened.”

“Auto Body work can be expensive when not using insurance, getting quotes can be tricky, and quality can sometimes be questionable. All of these are NOT a concern with Joel and his team at High Tech. The dedication to their customers is obvious from the moment you speak with Joel and is on display when you enter the shop (multiple recognitions of high quality from all sorts of organizations). There is a sense of pride in workmanship that is on display when you see the team enter the shop in the morning. Joel lives what he preaches and is dedicated to doing the job right the first time. He went above and beyond for my project and I couldn’t be happier. The amount he quoted is the amount I paid and the lifetime warranty is something I hope I never have to use but I will be back for other projects.”
“Second time D&S has worked on one of my vehicles and I've been extremely pleased both times.. Quality of work and communication were excellent throughout the entire process. This time they had to repair damage that Safelite had done while replacing a windshield for me. D&S provided photos and everything requested to make sure that State Farm covered all that needed to be done to get back to factory specifications and appearance. Communication was excellent. “On my way home from Philadelphia to Alexandria, VA my car threw a temper tantrum and could not accelerate. If there is such thing as luck in these circumstances, I was only a few miles from Audi Wilmington when it happened- later afternoon on a Saturday! They quickly diagnosed the problem, got me on my way in a loaner, and kept me informed of the progress over the next few days. Kedy and Brad were kind and efficient. “They normally specialize in Honda repairs. But I ran into a situation with my Dodge overheating and didn’t know where else to take my vehicle. A friend referred me here who works there and kept me informed every step of the way. Had an engine replaced and came with a warranty. Any time the vehicle needs serviced they fit me in. They provide excellent customer service. Everything is explained. No gimmicks. No over charging. Honest. They’re fair and reasonable. They also take their time making sure everything is right.”
“Bought a refurb battery and a few other things here. Way cheaper. Battery was $40.00. Battery still works great in Mid April when was bought in Mid Sept with no issues what so ever. It did need an initial jump which is expected on some new batteries, but has yet to die on me since it was installed into my truck. Even had it temporarily dropped into an Expedition when it was around 20 degrees out while my Ranger was being repaired (Expedition battery was bad and we couldn't get a jump) and it fired right up with no problem. I need some other parts and will call them when they open back up.”
