Tamara was an absolute pleasure to worth with up front. She was sweet, patient, and helpful throughout the entire process. She would call with weekly updates too, which was such a nice touch. Zach is a masterclass of a dude. He completed the job (had to have a whole door and fender replaced) perfectly and worked with me a ton. Not only was this all reasonably priced, but it was rather quick for the amount of labor involved- and completed without sacrificing the quality of the job at all. I would recommend this business to anyone who enjoys quality people and quality work. 5/5.

“What a great experience. Union Park wanted over$2,900.00 to repair my exhaust system. The vehicle is 16 years old. To their credit, the mechanic and service writer suggested I go to Midway. I got an appointment the next day. I paid $190.00 and it was done in forty minutes while I waited! No kidding! Tyler and Roy RULE! Patronize this establishment if you want good, prompt service at a more than fair price!”

“I would give 4 1/2 but there is no option for that.
That being said, I was very pleased with the quality of work on my 20-year-old car, which looks almost new again.
Mike and Russell are great to work with.
The only reason I can`t give a 5 star is a few minor glitches, easily fixed. ( Battery cable not tightened, door catch to tight, and bad scuff mark on door sill. )”

“I had a tree branch fall on the side panel of my car and took it into Brandywine Auto Body for repair as a first timer and they exceeded expectations. Jay helped navigate two insurance plans, one for the branch damage and a separate supplemental plan to help replace my key fob and scuffed tire. I picked it up yesterday and it looks like a brand new car - they went the extra mile to scuff out any residual marks I had from living in Philly for the past couple of years, vacuumed and cleaned the inside, and even set a date for me to come back and get my car waxed at no additional charge. I highly recommend.”

“I had an excellent experience with Hi-Tech Auto Body after my car was involved in an accident. When I first brought the car in, I was worried it would never look or feel quite the same again, but they completely exceeded my expectations.
They took my car in and, most importantly, took their time with the repairs. It never felt like they were rushing just to get the vehicle out the door. They paid attention to the details and made sure everything was repaired properly.
When I finally got my car back, I was honestly amazed at the difference. It looked brand new, like the accident had never even happened. You couldn't tell where the damage had been, and everything looked clean, straight, and professionally finished.

“On my way home from Philadelphia to Alexandria, VA my car threw a temper tantrum and could not accelerate. If there is such thing as luck in these circumstances, I was only a few miles from Audi Wilmington when it happened- later afternoon on a Saturday! They quickly diagnosed the problem, got me on my way in a loaner, and kept me informed of the progress over the next few days. Kedy and Brad were kind and efficient. “Bought a refurb battery and a few other things here. Way cheaper. Battery was $40.00. Battery still works great in Mid April when was bought in Mid Sept with no issues what so ever. It did need an initial jump which is expected on some new batteries, but has yet to die on me since it was installed into my truck. Even had it temporarily dropped into an Expedition when it was around 20 degrees out while my Ranger was being repaired (Expedition battery was bad and we couldn't get a jump) and it fired right up with no problem. I need some other parts and will call them when they open back up.”

“Even though the outside of this shop seems full and busy, Willy got me in the next day and repaired my car for a fair price ! What was above and beyond was he videoed the non working radiator fan and then the new fans working in my car after the repair with a bonus of added a can of Freon to my ac . My first time there and he was very pleasant!!”
