I didn't know this but Verizon shipped the phones in 3 shipments that required signature (2 were UPS and 1 was FedEx) and I knew they would all be handled by the team, no need to wait at home for a delivery all day. Stopped by Staples in between mobile visits for patients to return some Amazon items and ended up browsing the store a bit. Everything was well organized and easy to find, and they had a great selection of office and workspace supplies.
The Amazon return process was quick and seamless, and the staff was friendly and efficient. Even while they were busy, the line moved fast and I was in and out.
