  The staff is very helpful. But the fraud dept is horrible , not helpful. I got taken by $6200.00 and they won’t help . I will leave this bank asap . Unprofessional with their system - the bank , too much red tape . Yet they are ready to shake me down for insufficient funds. WILL NOT RECOMMEND 👎👎👎

  One of the worst banks I’ve ever experienced! They made 5 phone calls/more than 2 hours to find out new phone numbers but solution.
