I called corporate, filed a complaint and was referred to the Perth Amboy location and referred to Ellis, the owner/store manager. This was the best thing that could’ve happened. He was very polite, courteous, and patient while he transferred all my info from the other location and even scheduled a pickup from Plainfield.. He kept in touch w/me and I had the furniture in less than a week. If you’re in the Plainfield area don’t choose that location out of convenience. Choose Ellis and the Perth Amboy location!!!”
