“Earlier today, I received my oversized package from Metropolitan Warehouse & Delivery. The drivers arrived on time and we’re highly professional. They placed the packages in my requested area and cleaned up after themselves.
The pre-delivery scheduling process was suboptimal as I was not able to choose the time of day for my delivery. They honored their commitment to contact me 24 hours before as well as 4-hours prior to delivery. I would be satisfied using their service again in the future.”
