“Chelsea Forge is a hidden gem! I pass by often and finally decided to venture in, looking for a few vintage pieces to complete the set-up for my niece’s Berry First birthday celebration. The shop and attached rustic barn was quaint, yet full of charming pieces. Every table, crate, and floral arrangement felt carefully curated and tastefully arranged. Each room offered something fun and exquisite. The shop owner was warm, enthusiastic to help, and offered great suggestions. She helped me find the items I needed and even offered to repair an item I was interested in to better suit my needs. Her customer care was extraordinary and she didn’t rush me out even though it was a Sunday and close to closing. The prices were reasonable and the inventory seemed to accommodate any budget. Overall, this shop is worth a visit.”
“Our sales rep, Ashley, was amazing. She wasn’t pushy, let us take our time (we changed our minds about 10 times) while we were there. She drew scetches of how furniture would look in our home, and really guided us in the purchase making decision. I would highly recommend her to anyone. Thank you, Ashley!”
“Excellent customer service. A big thank you to Joan at the phillipsburg location. I was inquiring about table risers My son needed for my his wedding. They only had two and he still needed two more. She was so helpful by placing an order for the additional two. She explained the stores are only allotted a certain number. But the store is always able to order any additional amounts needed. The order arrived in just a few days.”

“This is the best Marshalls in my opinion. Everyone is always on the move working to make the store operate on point.
But Yesterday I was Marshalls at 17:39 and a little lady cashier #5, She made my whole day with her beautiful friendly attitude and customer service, I walked out smiling, which was a first for the day. Thank you for that. If more people had your customer service, the world would be better. Also I dont normally post mushy comments for an individual at a business, but she deserves it.”

“I ordered online and sales associate Wilma at the Phillipsburg store was very helpful. She made placing my order a pleasant transaction and Manager Robert was also very helpful.”
