They go above and beyond and they are always kind and helpful. I lost a receipt a few weeks ago, and they took the time to retrieve it for me without hesitation. I actually go out of my way to use this location over others nearby. The service is consistently friendly and efficient, with the exception of one newer employee who seems less approachable. Lines can get long due to customer delays, not staff, but I usually wait no more than 10 minutes. The space is small but functional, and they have a fun selection of envelopes. Overall, a great post office.”

“I went to this location today and omg we received an outstanding service. The US postal worker covering the service lobby desk helped us with 5 applications even made copies for us. I was nervous at first thinking i would get the same service as in Lincoln Park where the employees are very rude, not helping you and sending you back. I was referred to this location by family and I am so glad. These employees at this location love helping people God bless them. Way to go Bloomingdales USPS, thank you for your service! “They have exemplary customer service when I stop by in person, but I do keep getting other people’s mail. Also, the town isn’t all that big, if they set out at 07:10 to do their route(s), then why is it that In almost 10 hours it hasn’t arrived. I live not even 2 minutes away. Aside from that, they’re a grade A post office.”

“I find the different experiences amazing, running the gamut as they do. I have never had a problem there. People complaining about the parking? That's a Montclair issue, not a PO issue. I'm actually surprised the place is still open, given the other two locations, and just have to accept the limitations regarding closing (are the workers not entitled to a lunch break?) and other slight inconveniences.”
“Friendly staff. There's short term parking outside which is convenient. I had to ship a large number of books and between buying postage online through PayPal, dropping off labeled boxes at the post office, it was much easier than I expected.”
“Judy is the only saving grace of this place. I only bring my packages here when she is on duty. She is fast, organized and knows her stuff. Unfortunately you can tell she is overworked and under appreciated. Last week she was on vacation and the whole place fell apart. The whole town was talking about it. I realize nowadays it’s hard to find people with a good work ethic but maybe they should reward people like Judy who work harder than what is required of them.”

“I have been here multiple times, and this is hands up the best post office. I drive 20 minutes to come do what I need to do here, instead of going to where I live in Newark, NJ where they are rude, nasty and make you wait too long.”
