“Very happy here. Vincent (the service manager?) gave me straight info without hard selling me. They did kind of try to upsell me on wipers, but that’s standard these days. At no point, from Vincent to front desk to installer, did I feel pressured. Sorry I didn’t get other names, but each of the 5 different people I talked to rocked. My car dealer is on the thinnest of ice right now, and if I have to spend money on anything not covered by warranty, I’m going to Mavis. You should do the same.”

“The owner saved the day. Had a nail in my work car tire... after getting screwed around at mavis down the street for 2 hrs we made a end of the day effort to stop here and ask for assistance. The owner literally offered us a used tire at no cost just to get us on the road. We opted for a new he luckily had. He slapped a brand new tire on the car and had us on the road within 5 minutes no b.s. He even changed it in the pouring rain. Its hard to believe theres still people like him in todays world but they do exist! This establishment deserves all the success! Thank you again!”

I can't say enough good things about ETD Tire Denville. The day before we were set to leave for vacation, I needed to replace an ignition coil. I attempted to do it myself but quickly realized I didn't have the right tools. Despite not having an appointment, Jason dropped everything to help me out. He replaced the part I had purchased and got my car back on the road in no time. The best part? He didn’t even charge for the work! Thanks to Jason, our vacation started on time. I will continue to refer friends and family to ETD Denville—exceptional service like this is hard to find!

It was late in the day and close to closing, they brought it in immediately and didn’t find anything wrong and then took it for a test drive to be sure.
