When I arrived to the shop for my appointment he remembered my name even before I introduced myself. That's impressive to me. I was provided with excellent service and very reasonably priced. My vehicle was returned back to me in a timely manner. Gary was professional and very pleasant. “Fantastic service! My mom brought her Mercedes in for a wheel and tire change, and the team took care of everything with real professionalism. They mounted the new tire, installed it, removed the donut, and even disposed of the old parts — all for a very reasonable price. What really impressed us was the extra care they showed by cleaning the other three wheels so that the entire set looked flawless. Great attention to detail! Excellent customer service — highly recommend!”

“During my recent visit to Pepboys, I was helped by Alfred and Tracy. If I could give them a 6-star review I would - Alfred was very helpful and friendly in taking care of my car taking the time to personally show me all the areas of my car that needed repairs. His knowledge of car repairs gave me a better understanding of what was wrong with my car and how I can take better care of it in the future. Tracy was also very helpful in answering my inquiries for new tires, even letting me know that the place I previously got tires somewhere else had given me a very bad deal.
