“I placed an online order last Thursday, and it said it would take 5–10 days to be ready for in-store pickup. Today (Friday), I decided to stop by just in case it had already arrived but hadn’t been processed yet, since it’s a gift for February 14th (tomorrow). When I arrived at BoxLunch, Amanda helped me. She was incredibly kind and took the time to assist me, even though my order hadn’t arrived yet. I knew it might not be ready — I just wanted to check. She gave me advice and showed me other options so I wouldn’t leave empty-handed. Around 12:40 PM, Amanda personally called me to let me know that my order had arrived and that she would have it ready for me. She absolutely did not have to do that — normally you just receive a confirmation email. But because I told her it was an important gift for me, she went above and beyond to make sure I was taken care of. I truly appreciate her kindness and dedication. She was thoughtful, helpful, and genuinely caring. I’m extremely happy with the service I received. Amanda is amazing, and if possible, she deserves recognition for being such a wonderful employee!”
