“Incredibly nice and helpful folks here. I've had questions on simple domestic mailings as well as more complicated parcels, and they've always guided me through it. Note the parking lot is small and super tight, but there's plenty of parking next door. Regardless, great folks and great service.”

100 Menlo Park Dr Ste 101, Edison NJ 08837
“I cannot believe I’m writing a review on a post office but WOW. They’re seriously SO patient… SO nice… I’m befuddled. Felt like I was in the twilight zone. I simply had a package to drop off but there was a family ahead of me as well and the level of kindness and patience the lady displayed in helping them make their appt for passport stuff etc was mind boggling… I literally just saved this as my go-to post office”

574 Inman Ave, Colonia NJ 07067
“Mubeena is the best of the best. I can't ask for anyone better. She truly cares for every customer that comes in and you could see the passion behind her work. I haven't met anyone in the USPS in a long time that always makes you wanna smile keep coming back. I'm a local colonial resident and said that means putting my mail in the mailbox. I love stopping by and having a conversation with Mubeena. She is kind, caring, passionate, and overall a great employee to the establishment.”

1062 Livingston Ave, North Brunswick NJ 08902
“I've never had a bad experience here. People are super helpful and kind... Which is rare for post offices these days. I was waiting on line for a little while so I was able to witness other people's interactions also. The employees exhibited patience with people who didn't fill out the necessary forms, offered cost effective options, and took the time to go over any tracking details on the receipts.”

“Paul has made coming to the BH post office stress free and pleasant. For 8 years I would rather drive to Warren or New Providence just to avoid the staff here. But Paul is calm, helpful and really does go above and beyond. Thank you Paul”

1936 Long Hill Rd, Millington NJ 07946
“I have recently been taking many packages to this post office, and the woman who works there is so friendly and helpful!! I've dreaded going to other post offices since they act like I am bothering them when I come in with packages to send with QR codes. She is just so nice and professional! Also, the carrier who comes to my home in Millington is awesome too! Thanks so much!”

“Friendly staff. The forms section for certified, arrival etc was all but empty. Needs better maintenance in that area. A basic stamp vending machine would be nice too”
-
101 Brooks Blvd, Manville NJ 08835
“Never an issue for the past couple of years. Friendly and helpful as opposed to the horrible Hillsborough Branch. However once I went and it was closed for lunch because there was only 1 person working and her boss told her not to put a note on the door. So i can't give it 5 stars.”
-

604 Sherwood Pkwy, Mountainside NJ 07092
“I honestly don’t under the negative reviews. The employees are very helpful and friendly and the location is great with plenty of parking and no meters. I got my PO Box at this location instead of Westfield because it makes like so much simpler.”
-
475 Watchung Ave Ste 1, Watchung NJ 07069
“Always excellent service and very quick. I’ve been coming to this post office for quite a few years and have now moved out of the area but still go to this location whenever I am in the area for work to mail out anything I need. They aren’t open for many hours, but it’s always perfect to stop in on my lunch break!”
-
778 Washington Rd, Parlin NJ 08859
“Amazing manager, had needed a very important mail, had an issue receiving it. He helped out, thank you so much Sir, made the world of difference. We all are going through things, so being kind and speaking respectful matters so much. I hope and wish to see YOUR demeanor and work ethics in the rest of the staff as well. Keep up the work of excellence. Thank you.”
-
1990 Washington Valley Rd, Martinsville NJ 08836
“In fact, this place is good, or rather, the woman worker just does her job well! This employee gave me the opportunity to verify addresses before sending my letters. I sent a lot of registered letters, but despite this, she gave me the opportunity on her screen, a display in her system, to check the exact addresses of sending my letters. I told her that the last letter was very important for the lawyer, and she immediately understood me, and also gave me the opportunity to check the exact address in the system. This is far from common and not all post offices give you such a real opportunity, without even asking the employee about it. I've had a lot of bad experiences where postal workers simply refuse this opportunity to give you the right to check the exact address on the screen in the system. Thanks a lot for your great job!”
-
195 Central Ave, Metuchen NJ 08840
“This post office actually does what it’s intended to do: mail letters and packages and place sent mail into a correct PO Box. Not all USPS centers can do this, at all. The older gentleman there, is top notch there. He should be a model and example for what the USPS should ought to achieve every single day. There are a couple cranky employees, however so are some of the customers ahead of me in line. Nothing is perfect. This post office is great overall.”
-
536 Park Ave, Scotch Plains NJ 07076
“I live this USPS office because it has the most friendly staff. It has good parking with a customer parking in back of building, with additional street parking. Also good loaction for access to other retail shopping on park Ave in the Scotch Plains”
-
90 Main St, Sayreville NJ 08872
“I don’t know these reviews are so low but I’m a local Sayreville resident and I always go here as a reliable usps. I once came unprepared and I was still treated and serviced with respect and empathy.”
