They mounted the new tire, installed it, removed the donut, and even disposed of the old parts — all for a very reasonable price. What really impressed us was the extra care they showed by cleaning the other three wheels so that the entire set looked flawless. Great attention to detail! “I had such a great experience with Pep Boys! My back right tire unexpectedly popped, and I was stuck driving on a spare while also needing to get to work. I called ahead, explained the situation, and they immediately checked to make sure they had the exact tire I needed in stock.

They clearly explained how much everything would cost and why, so there were no surprises. While my car was there, they also did a routine maintenance check and let me know the overall status of my car and anything I should keep an eye on.
