“They did a great job fixing my dented door for way less than i was quoted at several other places and faster too. I was looking for an affordable fix and Jamie was able to find a used car door in the same color and fix it to look like the original door. He was very helpful in explaining everything so that I could understand what he was fixing, the cost, and was very transparent and what to expect in regard to color match of the new door. He even gave alternative places that could provide imperfect fixes for even less. I love the result and couldn't recommend this place more!”

“I had a very bad day traveling long distance for work last week. Car engine started misfiring while on the NJ Turnpike. I was towed off and Caliper Collision was the nearest auto related shop I could find. Although they do not do engine repairs, they were so nice and helpful in spending the time to give me a complimentary engine diagnostic and confirm the specific engine issue.
I apologize I didn't remember the names of the front desk lady and the technician that helped me. While that day was overall horrible, thank you both for bringing some optimism into it! It's so rare in my experience for people to go out of the way like this and help others that I just wanted to send my thanks!!!”

“My husband and I have both had great experiences with getting tires repaired and replaced at Harz. My husband went with a slow leak thinking he would need it replaced. After looking at the tire, they recommended patching it. That lasted several months before it eventually needed to be replaced, which they did at a great price. I went in with a flat tire that also had a slow leak. I was going in expecting they would recommend replacement, but they were able to patch it up. I showed up when they were short-handed on a Monday morning and they got me out after about an hour and a half. Great place!”
“I had minor front bumper damage on my 2020 Q5. Was not turning in to insurance so I had to find alternative fix. Audi parts are very expensive. I found a company on eBay that sells Q5 complete bumper kit! It was for a Q5 S line model. I reached. Out to Chad to see if he could install this. He agreed to paint it and install. He said it would be done in two days. And in two days he completed the job. He kept in touch with me the entire time. He spent almost an entire day doing the installation and it wasn’t easy. He installed my battery with a great attitude and also made sure I received my $22 discount for the battery swap. After he finished, I handed him a $5 tip to get some Taco Bell for his great service… and he politely refused and asked that I give it to charity instead. Kid is going places.
