“Prior to bringing my car to caliber collision, family in one particular friend that brooks at another body shop stated that my car would be rendered as totaled. I was excited to hear that my insurance company utilizes caliber collision as I have heard wonderful things about them.Prior to this incident. Just walking in the facility and feeling the warmth of the immediate staff made me feel at ease, it was then I knew everything was gonna be fine. I was emotionally ecstatic with the results of my 2023 chevy equinox. I just wish you guys could have been there. When said friend from another collision centre, viewed. the caliber collision results. Thank you.”

“What a great experience despite the stress after a deer accident. Todd showed up in minutes to tow it from the accident scene. It took a few weeks to fix the damage, but Stews was great about dealing with the insurance company and answering any questions we had. (Never had an accident before). My van looked amazing when we got it back. And on top of that, when our blinker went on the driver's side after we had it for barely a week, they came and picked it up from my house, fixed it and brought it back completely free of charge!!!! We definitely recommend Stews for their reliability, customer service and going above and beyond. ❤️”

“Initially I went across the street to a different store for a headlight. The guys there couldn't figure out what kind of headlight I needed and were telling me I had to go to a body shop around the corner. I felt like this was a bit extreme for a headlight so I decided to cross right over to Auto Zone and I'm so glad I did! Not only did Verron and CJ find the proper headlight for my car, they went above and beyond and installed it for me even though my car is a bit tough to deal with! They were so nice and professional and really knew what they were doing. They made my day, I know I would've spent so much more money if I'd listened to the employees of the competition's store. “Prompt, finished early, and guaranteed their work. They did a great job repairing my Honda and were really helpful. They got me in quickly, told me what they were doing and updated me with texts along the way. The work they did was beautiful and they gave me a contract that they would stand by their work. When I thought I saw a small scratch, I called them, went in, and they showed me it was outside the scope of work, but they gave me a quick touchup anyway. The whole time they were super nice and patient with me. I brought my kids and the office people were really great about letting them have a piece of candy and look around.
I also picked up and dropped off a rental car for the duration of the work and that couldn't have been smoother.
I initially went to C&L because my insurance partners with them. In the future I will go out of my way to use them again.”
