They were very knowledgeable, efficient, and did a great job towing and maneuvering my vehicle into a tight parking space at the repair shop I specified. “Prior to bringing my car to caliber collision, family in one particular friend that brooks at another body shop stated that my car would be rendered as totaled. I was excited to hear that my insurance company utilizes caliber collision as I have heard wonderful things about them.Prior to this incident. “Initially I went across the street to a different store for a headlight. The guys there couldn't figure out what kind of headlight I needed and were telling me I had to go to a body shop around the corner. I felt like this was a bit extreme for a headlight so I decided to cross right over to Auto Zone and I'm so glad I did! Not only did Verron and CJ find the proper headlight for my car, they went above and beyond and installed it for me even though my car is a bit tough to deal with! They were so nice and professional and really knew what they were doing. They made my day, I know I would've spent so much more money if I'd listened to the employees of the competition's store. Thank you guys!”

“Prompt, finished early, and guaranteed their work. They did a great job repairing my Honda and were really helpful. They got me in quickly, told me what they were doing and updated me with texts along the way. The work they did was beautiful and they gave me a contract that they would stand by their work. When I thought I saw a small scratch, I called them, went in, and they showed me it was outside the scope of work, but they gave me a quick touchup anyway. The whole time they were super nice and patient with me. I brought my kids and the office people were really great about letting them have a piece of candy and look around.
I also picked up and dropped off a rental car for the duration of the work and that couldn't have been smoother.
I initially went to C&L because my insurance partners with them. In the future I will go out of my way to use them again.”
