“Rose is an outstanding sales lady but the issue I have is that your automated system says deliveries are free over 500. I was estimated 275 for delivery and taking out two couches the false retirement there makes me a little upset.”

She quickly offered an alternative design using a desk that could be configured to the size we need, added chairs in the same style, proposed fabrics for the chairs, and developed pricing. She listened carefully and helped us analyze alternatives. After further consideration we decided on a different solution.”

The customer service and the quality can’t be beat.
I recently ordered a high-end leather recliner from Michael and when it first came in, it was a little squeaky. And it got more and more squeaky. He had his furniture guy come and the manufacturer replaced the arm. That helped a little and then it was back to the squeaking.
Michael went to bat for us And Made sure the manufacturer replaced the piece of furniture!
I can’t say enough good things about Michael and his company! I wouldn’t buy furniture any place else

“The Lamp Shop can fix anything. I brought in a cheap little lamp shaped like a frog. This lamp had been a gag birthday gift for my husband and he loved it - but the cheap electronics inside worked for about 10 minutes before it permanently failed. So I figured I'd bring this goofy little frog lamp to the Lamp Shop to see if they could work with it. They fixed it and made it 100% better, putting in a bulb and adding a cord with an inline switch. My husband's happiness at the frog lamp repair is absolutely priceless!”

“what a splendid visit we had! We came on a weekday so it really wasnt so busy. The place is huuuuge so we spent a good amount of time there and enjoyed every minute lol the plants are really well taken care of and so beautiful! they also have "rare" tropical plants there such as their variegated monsteras which were all so pretty! anyway, We visited before thanksgiving and there were already christmas decors. We loved the holiday vibes and took so many pictures. Honestly every corner is a photo spot! it was that pretty! the staff were very pleasant as well which i appreciated! aside from plants they have gift items, home decors or holiday things. the even have pretty peacocks and a curious hen the day we visited lol so cute! Now if they only had an espresso/coffee shop this would be even more perfect! lol”
