“I always have a good experience when I use this post office. Packages seem to be delivered promptly to wherever I might be sending them. The staff is always courteous and friendly. I am very lucky that this little post office is nearby, and it is rarely crowded. I rarely see more than two other patrons.”

“Folks, there is a HUGE, free parking lot just a few steps away at the train station. And it’s mostly empty. Use it (the exercise wouldn’t hurt)!
This facility is one of the better ones. FAR better than the downtown (Watchung Ave) location with its interminable waits because only one person is working the counter. I dread that facility.
I have found the staff here to be mostly knowledgeable, polite, and efficient.
One random time they were closed without warning (just a note on the door), which is unacceptable.”
“When you see a white SUV, expect great service from Gina. If you see a black SUV expect middling to poor service as the clerk who I cant remember is always on her phone and isnt polite. Thankfully Gina is there more often than not. They recently refaced the interior which looks nice.”
