“I visit this location a lot and realized it deserves a review. Outstanding customer service. I'm sorry I didn't catch his name, but this morning a gent with long hair and a beard took care of a return of a big, heavy box for me. I was prepared but hadn't attached the label, so it could more easily be scanned. He printed my receipt and sent me on my way in less than a minute. Wouldn't let me affix the label or move the box for him or anything. A+ for kindness and service.”

My only complaint is that the store receipt does not provide a UPS scannable code to integrate with the UPS Customer App.
Took my packaged item and return email. One scan later and I'm in & out in less than 5-minutes.

“I visited this store recently, it was my first time and had no idea what I was doing and I had to make a big printing order. I went to the printing section and Hamal helped me out. He helped me download the app, activate rewards, spend the exact amount I wanted to spend to get access to the coupon. He didn’t just help me he went above and beyond with a smile on his face and cracking jokes. He was patient and kind, even let me feel the different types of paper I could get. Outstanding customer service! I will definitely be coming back to this location. Hamal made everything very smooth and totally enriched my experience shopping at Staples.”

“Love the convenience and flexibility of getting done of urgent works. This place is a perfect compared to bigger places like Staples, you will get a lot more from here. You will not need to do any upload and wait for days to get some complicated works done such as mounted foam board printing. In a traditional way, you can call, walk in, and communicate face to face, and then get your prints the same day or closer ETA. The quality is beyond great the moment I saw the machine in store. “This UPS location is the absolute best. I've been coming here about two years now. The staff is always polite, professional and helpful. I live closer to another UPS store but I drive a little out of my way to this location because of their customer service. However, I had a recent experience (October 2024) with the manager's wife that surprised me. He and she are of Asian descent. The other two staff members were busy with other customers, but she wasn't. She kept glancing at me but would not assist me. A white gentleman walked up and she immediately serviced him. That really surprised me, but I guess it really should not have given people are people and will show you how they feel about you by their actions. I actually spoke to the manager about his wife's behaviour but he keep assuring me her actions weren't what I thought they were. He really didn't know what to say because he kept repeating himself and could not explain why she did what she did. lol Overall, this is a really good location. I just ignore the manager's wife when I see her...and him, too. lol”
