I'm sorry I didn't catch his name, but this morning a gent with long hair and a beard took care of a return of a big, heavy box for me. I was prepared but hadn't attached the label, so it could more easily be scanned. He printed my receipt and sent me on my way in less than a minute. Wouldn't let me affix the label or move the box for him or anything. A+ for kindness and service.”

“I understand that everyone has different experiences with FedEx and it’s shipping policies timelines and I am not going to visit that on the the people who have to work the screens when something goes sideways. I’ve worked with the team at the FedEx office in Summit specifically the print department. I have used in the past 2.5 years as my speaking engagements have increased significantly. They’ve created my keynote notecards for Vegas, New York, London, British Columbia, Dubai, and they have never let me down. Sagbir is a Godsend and whoever the manager is of that location or the area district leader needs to understand that his heroic actions has saved this location. You need to him give him a raise, accolades, throw flowers at his feet because he understands what it means to deliver. He understands what customer service means and he embodies it . So, I could only give five stars I would give 10 and I’m going to say that it’s the only reason why this location gets 5/5 is because of the awesome service delivered by Sahbir.”

He helped me download the app, activate rewards, spend the exact amount I wanted to spend to get access to the coupon. He didn’t just help me he went above and beyond with a smile on his face and cracking jokes. He was patient and kind, even let me feel the different types of paper I could get. “Love the convenience and flexibility of getting done of urgent works. This place is a perfect compared to bigger places like Staples, you will get a lot more from here. You will not need to do any upload and wait for days to get some complicated works done such as mounted foam board printing. In a traditional way, you can call, walk in, and communicate face to face, and then get your prints the same day or closer ETA. The quality is beyond great the moment I saw the machine in store. You just know it does the right work. Thank you for having my work done quickly and high quality!”
