I've always liked this location, it is right near my job so it's always been convinient to go there. Everyone has always been very Kind & helpful. I do both in store shopping & store pick up orders. I love that drive-thru pickup is available at this location. But that last two times I've gone have been TERRIBLE. There is an older blonde lady (i didn't get her name, I wish I would've) who is incredibly RUDE to customers. Someone there needs keep a wide eye on her. She is driving the business down. I won't be shopping at this location anymore because of her. I don't need aggrivation and attitude when I'm spending money at your store and feeding your paycheck. If you don't like your job, find one that you do. Maybe you'll have a better attitude.

Came to this location because my New York location kept issues processing my transactions. Something about NJ Walgreens, larger l, brighter, neater and friendly employees. Thank goodness I was able to purchase my gift cards without any issues.

Rude pharmacy tech, she over talked me the entire time. I did bring my traumatic experience to the head pharmacist and she was apologetic. That woman needs more training and patients. I should have have for her name.

If i could rate 0 stars I would. Guy at register was rude and clearly hated this life. Started scanning myself out because no employees were anywhere to be seen and guy with black long hair and glasses came over shouting rude things for being at the register without him there. After I made a comment about how he wasn’t he made a point to say that its apparently my responsibility to find him and make him come do his job. When I had trouble working the door dash card he then told me “since i want to be smart” I can figure it out myself, all while there was a line of people behind me. The customer he was praising for getting him then said it was his job and he clearly wasn’t bothered by it. Think this individual should be out of a job since he clearly is miserable.

This place has the worst customer service. Using the drive-thru pharmacy is the worst experience. They are inconsistent with pricing and available services. Every time I go, they tell me that something I need can’t be done, like flavoring a medication for my child. Be prepared for a super long wait also. I was just in line for 15 minutes, only to have them tell me that my meds weren’t ready (even tho I got a call from an actual person who told me I could pick up) and told me to get back in line to wait an additional 15 minutes (there were 7 cars behind me…would have taken more like an hour). Last month, getting my INSULIN was a nightmare…took over a week and I ended up having to buy one h til they could figure it out. Most workers are extremely slow and unhelpful.

This has been the worse pharmacy in the area for years! I pulled all of my prescriptions from them years ago but other members of my family insist on using them. If you can avoid their pharmacy and store at all costs.

I stopped going here 2-3 years ago because of how disrespectful their head pharmacist, Charlie Nassar is. He made a mistake and refused to fill a legal prescription, even after he spoke to my doctor who told him to fill it. Charlie then spoke in a rude/sarcastic manner to me. The weak-minded Charlie actually rolled up his sleeves as if he was about to do something. He then took it upon himself to write something on my prescription so that I would have to go back and get a new one from my doctor. A person like Charlie Nassar should not allowed to be involved with anything that has to do with health or well-being of one's life. Not only is he one of the most incompetent pharmacists in the medical field, he is an overall awful person. If Charlie Nassar is on duty, I strongly suggest that you avoid using this pharmacy at all costs. Please note that the other Pharmacists are actually really good, competent, and kind unlike him, so don't hesitate to use any of them.

Lately we have been experiencing a very poor service in pharmacy department. We can't get anyone on phone. We don't know if the prescription is ready or not. Drive-in service is horrible.

Oh my God the WORST WORST WORST pharmacy service on Planet Earth. It was atrocious before covid and now it is unbearable inexcusable horrible in every way. Twenty five minutes in the drive through to do one car. They change the hours without telling anybody most days you don't know if they're open or closed. Yes it's Omicron but it's not functional. They will just close the window and make everybody come in, during Covid, a line // I'm not lying // of 16 people. Avoid dear God avoid.

Went for a drive-thru COVID-19 test, and the staff member was unfriendly and unhelpful, providing no direction. They did not give me my requisition number, so I couldn't look up my results online. I called the pharmacy to get the requisition number, and the person who answered the phone was also rude and unhelpful, giving me a really hard time and insisting first that I didn't need the information, then that I was already given the information. What takes the cake, though, is that 30 hours after I got my sample taken, they still hadn't sent it out to the company for testing. I'm furious.UPDATE: I have no idea when the test was actually sent out because they gave me the wrong information regarding tracking - wrong company, wrong tracking number.

Horribly incompetent pharmacy is horrible and incompetent. They straight up gave my meds to the wrong person…then had the gall to imply that I picked it up in a grey car in their drive through….I don’t use their drive through, and I don’t own a grey car…they wouldn’t let me see the footage to see if it was someone I knew…Because no one I knew would ever think to do something like that or have enough info to pick up MY prescriptions. The kicker is they gave me 3 capsules and told me that will hold me off “until I find it”. They still don’t know where it is! Someone out there is taking what they aren’t suppose to be taking. Stay away from the pharmacy if you don’t want to make embarrassing phone calls asking people if they picked up your prescription. But if you do go there go for the snappy, over-worked, and miserable pharmacy techs.

Walgreens in general are terrible but this particular location is abysmal. There isn't a time of day or night when you don't have to wait a ridiculous amount of time to either check out regular merchandise or at the pharmacy. One time I waited 45 minutes at the drive-thru because they only had one person working the pharmacy check out for both in store and drive through. Also you're supposed to be able to refill prescriptions in the app, but it seems the store associates never get around to actually contacting the doctor for the refill. I have to chase them down each and every time. Even more alarming I've experienced them trying to refill drugs that are controlled substances where they weren't supposed to be any refills. Between the slow service and the inaccuracy of the pharmacy department I would not recommend this location to even my worst enemy.
