You have stocked the Kimbap Korean Tofu which is an awesome thing that you did, however, you now totally removed impossible meat balls - ?
We love, shopping from Trader Joe's, however, I gave 2 stars due to recently we started purchasing Kimbap Korean Tofu and Vegetable Seaweed Rice Roll from this Trader Joe's and every time we're there regardless its in the morning or mid afternoon you are all out of this product and tell us that you are getting a shipment at night, how is this help a customer who drives for specific Vegan items and come to an empty rack every time? We drove 5 to 6 extra miles to Princeton Trader Joe's and Bridgewater Trader Joe's in mid afternoon and they were full stocked at every time. How can we help so we can save time and gas by driving those extra miles away from North Brunswick to assure you that ordering more Kimbap will not hurt your sales? Thank you!”
“Excellent quality. Everything is very fresh and surprisingly affordable (compared to let’s say Wegmans). I bought everything needed for sushi but will be going back for meats and fish in general because it was very good quality. I used their salmon for some seared salmon caviar nigiri I made at home; delicious. Everyone agreed the salmon was very good quality. A++”
“This is our go to for all of our bengali shopping. We been coming here pretty much from the time they opened. The prices are high but where isn't it? Everything has gone up everywhere and you can't expect hamtramck prices because there paying the Sterling Heights prices! I can understand 50 cents or even a dollar but nothing is more than that or my wife and I wouldn't be shopping here. Their customer service is also really good. We even get the hot food from time and their fried chicken and tandoori chicken is excellent.”
“This store has almost everything, I was looking everywhere for “ dulce de leche “ and I’ve found in Wegmans, they have products from different countries, it’s a big store, they have prepared food for lunchtime too. They have many products like organic food I think they have vegan products, besides fruit , vegetables and meats.”

“Stopped in shortly before closing just intending to grab a few quick items, but ended up needing a cart after deciding to pick up one of the large 40-count water packs as well.
What stood out most was the helpfulness and calm attitude from the cashier. I only had a small shopping bag with me and no cart, and she immediately offered hers to help me get everything out more easily. Small interaction, but genuinely appreciated.
Store was clean, easy to navigate, and checkout moved quickly even near closing time. Overall just a very smooth, efficient, pleasant stop.”

“This store is a Godsend!! Not only is it almost across the street from me, but I have found great bargains. The selections are sometimes limited, but you can find hidden gems throughout the store! Definitely foods to make a great dinner and satisfy the four(4) food groups. Nice, clean store, helpful and friendly staff!!”

“We love the goat meat at Dey's farm. I like to call in in the morning before driving over. This weekend we were cooking some goat biryani and I called in at 6:30am with an order for medium cut goat pieces. The meat was fresh and cut just right. If you are in the area, don't go anywhere else if quality, freshly butchered goat meat is what you are seeking! They also sell quality duck eggs!”

“I want to call attention to the really wonderful customer service at McCaffrey’s in Princeton that I experienced last week. I was shopping with my friend and her seven-year-old and as it was not crowded, we opted to take this time to show her how to use the self checkout. An employee named Emmanuel noticed what we were doing, and when they were duplicates, he came right over to check to make sure that it was because we were buying two of the product. He took the time to give the seven-year-old tips on how to scan without causing a duplicate and said there was a secret code that the employees use. Emmanuel played this up and when she asked for the secret code, he gave her the PLU number for the produce so she could enter it. He not only was kind of courteous, but what above and beyond to teach her in an age-appropriate way, and it made her feel so grown up and involved in the process. I will definitely be taking any kids in my care to this location in the future!”

“Excellent customer service! When my first shipment was delivered I noticed that the produce wasn’t fresh enough. This was totally on the shipping company as they didn’t deliver the produce in a timely manner. It was supposed to be “2 day shipping” but unfortunately it took them 5 days to deliver. Upon contacting Basil Grocery, they immediately sent me the same produce with no charge. Unfortunately, the shipment company failed to deliver the produce in a timely manner again. I contacted Basil Grocery and explained them the issue. This time, they used a different company to ship the produce with no extra charge. They took full responsibility to ensure customer satisfaction. They were very quick to respond. I received my produce (Erik / plums) nice and fresh. I highly recommend Basil Grocery.”
“Sells African and some Haitian items. Cheaper than the Haitian market next door l. Also sales bitter kola nut which I have been looking for everywhere I did buy some tea and it had a bad coffee smelled that lingered so bad I threw away the entire container. It was the same tea you find in the Asian markets. Would recommend for specific needs”
“The store is decent and I always enjoyed shopping here up until today. The black lady cashier who was there on 6/16/24 between 2-2:30pm is a complete and utter racist and she was treating customers differently based on their skin color. Unless you were also black (the woman in front of me was and boy was she treated a whole lot differently than me and the Muslim family behind me) you didn’t get a proper greeting let alone spoken to with the any respect at all. Not even a simple “have a nice day”. Completely unacceptable! I will be contacting corporate first thing tomorrow morning to file a complaint!”
“I am happy to see that the number of products related to Korea is increasing. When you buy raw oysters, the shells are removed and placed in an ice container. It always stays clean so I feel good every time I go grocery shopping.”

“October 27 at 7:00. Went to Foleys for Cigarettes and Lottery and was informed by Customer Service that the Lottery closes at 7:15 however it was only 7:00..I am fine with Policies however be consistent with your store rules. I am a regular customer for Lottery and Grocery's and do not appreciate having to make another trip to another store since I was turned away due to the staffs neglect.
For clarification:
The employee Posted the Lottery Closed Sign when I arrived at 7:00 where I asked whether it was open and she responded no.

“I used to navigate the hill to the Welsh Farms back in 2008 to buy hot, red cans of Cocaine brand energy drink and Good Humor sandwiches. Plus, lottery tickets. Jamesburg has changed A LOT! (Aside from the liquor store, Domino's, Golden Garden, the automotive places and Welsh Farms) Now 2026, Welsh Farms is so bright inside, with more products, more lottery, the full Monster Energy line (including the green Lando Norris (F1) melon edition), and Helados Mexico Nuez (pecan) frozen cream bars. I hope these guys are doing OK and that Welsh Farms can be around a very long time. Nice people here. When I was young, Cumberland Farms was all over, now only in NY and PA. Turkey Hill in PA took that over!”

“I've been getting delivery orders for a little over a year. Fresh items, consistently on time and rarely out of stock. The only thing I can say is keep an eye on any substitutions that are for something that's part of a deal. If that happens call the store. They're super accommodating. I spoke with Josh today for this very issue. He took care of it right away. Once or twice I've had a quality issue(i.e. vacuum sealed hot dogs not vacuum sealed). They happily issued a refund. I've also spoken with other employees. They were all super nice! Great team!”

I really appreciate their 5% senior discount every Tuesday, which is a thoughtful touch for the community. They also occasionally send out discount coupons, which is a nice bonus.
