“My husband, toddler and I had a fantastic experience with Nicole while applying for a children’s passport. She was very patient and creative while trying to take my son‘s picture to get him to cooperate and I really appreciated her positivity throughout the whole process.”
“I skip going to other post offices, my son and I come here very often throughout the week because of our small business, and the people in this particular location is really nice :)”
“I have never met nicer people. All the ladies who work here are so nice and helpful. I was there to pick up a package and one of the ladies offered to carry it to my car bc i was holding my baby (and it was raining)”
“This UPS store on base is great. Sunny was so helpful and professional. He notarized some forms for us. We were a little confused about where to sign and what needed notarized and Sunny walked us through it. He had notarized the same type of form in the past and knew exactly what to do. He even told us where we needed to go in order to mail the forms using our prepaid label. We will definitely use this store again.”

“This review is for Macon. He is an EXCELLENT clerk who went completely above & beyond to help me with my mailing needs today and to make sure that my fragile item gets to its destination in one piece. He guided me towards the right path in the way that I needed to mail it out, was friendly and exuded GREAT customer service skills! ....Sometimes you can walk into a post office and are met with rude, unfriendly clerks (I think lots of clerks at other locations have a universal bad rep for that) so it was refreshing to walk in, feel welcomed and respected. Thank You Macon!”
