“Last week I ordered a new fridge from Town. I found them online when researching the fridge I wanted. I had a few questions, so emailed them. Moshe, my contact in Lakewood, NJ, was responsive to my questions, & I called to place the order. Other than a computer gliltch on their end in approving my payment, the rest of the transaction was flawless, including the delivery. They notify you a day in advance of the delivery & again twice on the day of delivery, and you have to confirm. The two delivery guys were like ninjas - really fast. They brought my fridge up on the elevator & quickly removed my old one, which was really bulky - at a cost of $15. Most companies charge $30-$40. The whole process took no longer than 10 minutes. Despite unpacking the new fridge in their truck & then bringing it up, it appears to be in perfect condition. If I have a need for any appliances in the future, which I hope I don't, I would definitely consider this company.”
“I had a very good experience with Vacuum World. I brought my broken Dyson vacuum there to be fixed. I received a call a week later with a very reasonable quote to fix it. I picked it up, used it at home and it is like new. I feel they are a fair, reasonable place that does a very good job, and I will be back if needed.”

A nice friendly lady welcomed me as soon as I entered and provided good information on the Arien's product line. The owner (Ed) came out later and was just as helpful. Fantastic first-time visit. I had purchased some plywood tonight and had multiple sizes I wanted cut. I wasn't sure if I would have to purchase more plywood. The wood cutting employee went through my list and cut everything the way I wanted it without me having to purchase additional boards with plenty scrap.
There is customer service and then there is Home Depot red carpet customer service. ?”

“Pulumbos saved our Easter. On Saturday our stove developed a gas leak and had to be shutdown while we were preparing Easter dinner. We went to Palumbos. They had a stove in stock and was at our home in 30 minutes to install it. They saved our Easter dinner from being ruined. I can’t show my thankfulness enough to this community business.”
