“I called Anthony yesterday because my freezer wasn’t making ice. He asked the brand and said he wouldn’t even bother fixing it because it would probably keep happening. But told me to try and defrost it myself and that should do the trick. Well it worked like a charm! He could have come out and charged me for fixing it or just to come and say it couldn’t be fixed but he didn’t! Not too many repairmen would do the right thing like he did! I appreciate his honesty and just being a good human!! 10/10”
“I bought a 36 inch GE profile smooth top cook top to replace my old one, to be honest I first had doubts about ordering an appliance online and have it shipped, but the price was great much cheaper than other local stores, so I took a chance and I am so glad I did. The cooktop was well packaged and arrived within a few days. I appreciated the great & prompt customer via service via text messages. We installed the cooktop ourselves and it fit perfectly and works great! I would not hesitate to buy another appliance there.”

“I had a very good experience with Vacuum World. I brought my broken Dyson vacuum there to be fixed. I received a call a week later with a very reasonable quote to fix it. I picked it up, used it at home and it is like new. I feel they are a fair, reasonable place that does a very good job, and I will be back if needed.”
“Last week I ordered a new fridge from Town. I found them online when researching the fridge I wanted. I had a few questions, so emailed them. Moshe, my contact in Lakewood, NJ, was responsive to my questions, & I called to place the order. Other than a computer gliltch on their end in approving my payment, the rest of the transaction was flawless, including the delivery. They notify you a day in advance of the delivery & again twice on the day of delivery, and you have to confirm. The two delivery guys were like ninjas - really fast. They brought my fridge up on the elevator & quickly removed my old one, which was really bulky - at a cost of $15. Most companies charge $30-$40. The whole process took no longer than 10 minutes. Despite unpacking the new fridge in their truck & then bringing it up, it appears to be in perfect condition. If I have a need for any appliances in the future, which I hope I don't, I would definitely consider this company.”

“I'm new to the area and have a piece of property on a cul de sac, surrounded by leaf and pine trees. Needed a leaf blower, so I went online to find one that was lightweight and affordable. Home Depot was the place I figured I could get personalized help with a Ryobi advertised for under $70. As it turns out, the item I had hoped to take home that day was only available online, and didn't come with a battery & charger. No WONDER so inexpensive, right?? Silly me. I found an assistant manager named Mike B. and he showed me a more powerful Ryobi, WITH the accessory parts, and gave me a nice discount. After tax, it was $133. At my request, Mike assembled the blower, and I charged it that day. It handled very easily, and blew a fallen tree limb across the lawn! These yard tools are an investment, so I'm glad I didn't cheap out. I'm very pleased with the Ryobi, and Mike was a pleasure to deal with! I'll look for him next time I go. First impressions are important. Mike went above and beyond. Give that boy a raise!!”

She gave me a huge discount by offering the "Thermador appliance package" which offered me free dishwasher and microwave drawer. She even diverted my order to Lakewood, NJ to save half on the sales tax. I did my homework and texted her my appliance choices so when I met with her, she already prepared an even better deal. Excellent customer service. Thanks, Bea. I will surely refer customers to you and Topline appliances.”
“Was looking for a storm door for the house, went to a few stores but no one really helped. Met an associate named Sean Okeefe in the woodworking department and he was a huge help, knew his product and although the store didn't have my door he directed me to the nearest store that did.”

“Today we went to the Home Depot in Neptune looking for a deck box to store our patio cushions. We were helped by Nick in the Garden Center. We were overwhelmed by the sizes and choices. Nick was so very helpful and knowledgeable about the measurements and quality of the products. He really made our day! We purchased one and he assisted us with the very large and heavy box to the cashier and right out to our car, where he loaded it for us as well. Well done, Nick! Thank you so much.”
