It is a plus to have employee's like her, I am grateful to her for her great customer service.”

“Last week I ordered a new fridge from Town. I found them online when researching the fridge I wanted. I had a few questions, so emailed them. Moshe, my contact in Lakewood, NJ, was responsive to my questions, & I called to place the order. Other than a computer gliltch on their end in approving my payment, the rest of the transaction was flawless, including the delivery. They notify you a day in advance of the delivery & again twice on the day of delivery, and you have to confirm. The two delivery guys were like ninjas - really fast. They brought my fridge up on the elevator & quickly removed my old one, which was really bulky - at a cost of $15. Most companies charge $30-$40. The whole process took no longer than 10 minutes. Despite unpacking the new fridge in their truck & then bringing it up, it appears to be in perfect condition. If I have a need for any appliances in the future, which I hope I don't, I would definitely consider this company.”

“I'm new to the area and have a piece of property on a cul de sac, surrounded by leaf and pine trees. Needed a leaf blower, so I went online to find one that was lightweight and affordable. Home Depot was the place I figured I could get personalized help with a Ryobi advertised for under $70. As it turns out, the item I had hoped to take home that day was only available online, and didn't come with a battery & charger. No WONDER so inexpensive, right?? Silly me. I found an assistant manager named Mike B. and he showed me a more powerful Ryobi, WITH the accessory parts, and gave me a nice discount. After tax, it was $133. At my request, Mike assembled the blower, and I charged it that day. It handled very easily, and blew a fallen tree limb across the lawn! These yard tools are an investment, so I'm glad I didn't cheap out. I'm very pleased with the Ryobi, and Mike was a pleasure to deal with! I'll look for him next time I go. First impressions are important. Mike went above and beyond. Give that boy a raise!!”

She even diverted my order to Lakewood, NJ to save half on the sales tax. I did my homework and texted her my appliance choices so when I met with her, she already prepared an even better deal. “I hired Tony to repair my 7 year old Speed Queen Washer & Dryer units. They diagnosed the problems in both units and had the required parts on the truck that were needed. The total repair time was about 2 hours and both units work like new.I was budgeting to get 2 new units which would have cost me about $4,000 but I figured I would get an estimate to repair them first. The total repair was $400 which included both parts($200) and labor($200) which was a bargain. I highly recommend them for GREAT SERVICE.”
