“Was able to wash/dry a 15 lb weighted blanket here. Their machines hold up to a 35 lb capacity. The owner John was friendly. He has soap for $1 in case you forget to bring your own. The big washer cost $5.75 in quarters but there is a machine there to convert your cash into quarters. And I spent $2.25 on the dryer. The dryer is .25 cent per 5 minutes and the last .25 cents goes towards a 2 minute cool cycle. All in all, I feel like it was $9 well spent for a difficult to wash item!”

These ladies were so kind enough to squeeze me in and help me fix it in such a short amount of time, and it looks amazing!!!! “This laundromat is Top-tier. I grew up in Bradley Beach. I'm not a summer guy nor a newbie to the town. The place is 180 degrees different from when it was Busy Bees. Much cleaner. Staff is very helpful. Free Dryers with every wash. Easier way to pay for service. Not to mention, a cup of coffee while you wait. I recommend 1000%. If it hasn't already, it will be one of the staples of the community.”

“I always liked this place. But now I’m not sure. It’s insanely expensive, although I’m maybe that’s not so easy to avoid in this area. People who don’t own a washer and dryer deserve a better price point. My clothes are not rinsing clean, leaving me to put them through another cycle without soap, for another small fortune, and then I pray I have time to dry them without nuking anything. (I did not overuse soap.) The bathroom is unavailable. Again, unless the price point gets a little more realistic, and we know that will never happen… People deserve better…”

“The service here is truly exceptional. The card kiosk is quite sophisticated and different from what I’m used to, but a staff member was incredibly helpful and guided me through the process with great kindness.
The washers deliver a high-quality clean, but I was most impressed by the dryers. They are incredibly efficient—what usually takes 45 minutes elsewhere was perfectly dry in just over 20 minutes! The facility is remarkably spacious, and the abundance of machines ensures a seamless experience. Highly recommended for those who value efficiency and professional service.”

SOLD. smells sooo good walking in, the staff is polite and friendly. zero complaints here.”

“Before I went, I read all of these negative reviews about rude behavior from staff. I was a bit apprehensive, but wanted to be able to walk to get my laundry done.I had been up all night so I could watch the sunrise, so I walked in there acting like someone who had never even seen a laundromat, and what I experienced was nothing but friendliness and helpfulness.Not to mention, you can walk to a CVS.So about the negative reviews, I'm not sure. Perhaps they match energies with you. Maybe they've listened to your constructive criticism. Maybe they're only nice to people with side ponytails. Give that one a shot.”

“We are so fortunate to have this laundry in Ocean Grove. The owner, Jim, is so helpful to the customers. Jennifer does a terrific job washing and folding my clothes. Jim does it as well. They know how to run a service business. As for the location, it is excellent with drop off & pick up parking in the back. The laundry is always clean. In the past year, I have never seen or heard of a dissatisfied customer when I am there. I have also never seen an out of order on a machine. We are so lucky to have Beach Day Laundry.”

“I’ve been going to this laundromat location on and off for years. So when they upgraded the washers I was surprised by the settings and selected the wrong cycle. I asked for help to see if I could restart it. The lady was polite, but said can’t change it once started. I thought it was broken how slow the gentle cycle was moving. She returned to reset the machine and restart the wash with some power! That didn’t work but it felt nice that she at-least tried to help. nothing could be restarted.
A few moments latter she found me to say the manager agreed to help me with a free wash. I have to say that impressed me. It’s the small things that keep a customer like me returning. A staff who cares and tries to help in a few different ways is a place I want to continue to support. Thanks!”
“Went one morning to do laundry since I am visiting from Texas. This place is very nice and has everything you need to clean and dry your clothes. Jocelyn was the attendant and helped me figure out the system and how to do everything! I am very happy I got my clothes washed here!”

“Orlando is amazing! I bought a dress that could not be returned. It was way too tight in the hips. One tailor told me there was nothing they could do and had to buy a size up. Orlando had told me he could take out the lining and add fabric - no questions asked. He made it work and saved the dress! Not to mention he is so sweet and so fast! Couldn't be happier. Highly recommend.”
