Needed new phone.my phone died and need for work too- Chris at Point Pleasant Att was awesome. I Had really bad week and I probably went in looking mad! And he was so great. I want to the store last night right before they closed Jessica I think her name was want beyond doing her job for me. Stayed late to set up my new phone make shore everything was good with my account. I would go to her any day for my phone needs
