I was so relieved because I’m always concerned about losing information, especially pictures! Any issues I had he resolved them all before I left! “Received a warranty replacement for a Motorola Android phone.
Since the unit being replaced had a damaged charging port, it was a bit more complicated transferring files to the rebuilt replacement phone.
Jawahn Banks did all the work for me, setting up the replacement phone and transferring all my files over. He saved me hours of time and frustration and I'm so grateful for his help.
The only thing left for me to do was to mail the old phone back to Asurion.”

“I have to acknowledge a special Verizon rep named Jared! This guy saw my wife and I walk in and immediately offered assistance ! Jared was with us from beginning to end on our upgrade purchase ! He didn’t let us leave until we were completely satisfied with our new iPhone. I can’t praise him enough for how much we appreciate all that he did for us ! Many of the staff there are amazing but Jared was who we dealt with ! Verizon needs to offer this guy a promotion . He deserves high accolades for how well he promotes and represents Verizon.
