“I ordered a bike online that day, not only did Dustin help get it ready by the end of the day but he answered my many questions and helped my partner find out his type of bike. Would definitely recommend going here especially if he’s working!”

“Incredible experience from the beginning. Everybody there went above and beyond and it was one of the best shopping and buying experiences I have had. Easiest decision to support them and buy from them after my experience and I will be back anytime I need something and I will be wholeheartedly endorsing them to anyone I meet!”

“Top notch service - my daughter had a seat stolen from a new trek bike. I asked if they carried the same seat; owner tells me to come back the next day and hands me a similar used seat - no charge. Needless, he has gotten my business since then. Great selection of bikes and gear at their Toms River store. Ortley is a great location for simple/common gear and bike service.”

“We stopped in the shop to look at new handlebar grips. We ended up buying several other accessories, new handlebars and two pairs of grips. The technician advised us on the purchases and installed everything, including accessories for us at no extra charge. Can’t remember the last time I’ve had such good customer service. If I lived locally, this is the only place I would go.”

“I cannot say enough about my wonderful experience at this shop. Off the bat, I was greeted by the owner Carrie. She was super helpful, kind & very knowledgeable. I'd just stopped in on my lunch break to browse as I'm a local & walk the boardwalk several times a week. Was interested in stepping my game up to cycling to switch things up. I did not think I'd be leaving the store with a purchase.😊 To my surprise, after testing several bikes, I said yes to the 3rd one I rode. It was exactly what I was looking for. Comfort & style!🤩Btw, the basket was purchased elsewhere but added that extra razzle dazzle!✨ My 18 year old son has a performance bike but now we spend time riding together. This was a great purchase & an awesome experience. Will definitely recommend this cute, cozy & shop with the great customer service to my family & friends!😃”
