Recently my car broke down in front of his store and he kindly helped me by jump starting my car. He is a gem and is an asset to our community!”

“Gas is gas, but the attendents are friendly. The hidden here is the deli inside. This ain't a Subway with pre-sliced meat. They do SERIOUS subs in this place. The meat and cheese are freshly sliced and stacked high, all Boars Head Brand. It takes a few minutes to asemble, but they bring it out to you when it's finished. I got the Italian, with 5 differnet meats.”
“I love our local Walgreens! It always has everything that I need, it is never crowded and they have great sales. The staff in Point Pleasant are always helpful and cheery. 5 Stars!!!”

“Came in last night about 2:40 on July 4th and it was super busy, poor girl behind the counter was sending out orders on the fly flawlessly, very efficient and quick with the amount of people she had there by herself. She's a super great and really sweet employee ❤️”
“Went in and had to order/print some photos, needed to ask the pharmacist a question and buy some groceries. Photo machine wasn’t working, but a manager saw I had been there for a minute and came over and got me set up and running. Pharmacist answered my question (normal) but my health insurance requires me to go through CVS. CVS however refused to cover the shingles vaccine, Walgreens will cover it. I was looking for some groceries at the end and had another associate come right over to help. All were helpful, pleasant and knowledgeable. Good stuff!”

“7-Eleven at 701 Ocean Rd in Point Pleasant is my reliable late-night lifesaver right by the beach! Whether I'm grabbing a quick Slurpee after a boardwalk stroll or stocking up on essentials like energy drinks, fresh coffee, and those killer Big Bite hot dogs, it's always spot-on. The staff is super friendly and efficient, even at 2 AM, and the store stays clean despite the constant foot traffic. Bonus: ATM and lottery tickets on hand. Perfect convenience spot for shore life!”

“The 80's. My mom ran the Point Pleasant 711 on Bridge Ave. that also had a small deli case for making sandwiches and a pinball machine for the kid's. This was in 1881. I worked in that store for 2 years while I was still in High School. Some of the customer's that came into the store were like friends to me. I passed my driver's test and faced all my growing pains in that store. I had fun watching all the HS girls my age also hanging out in the store.”
