Meg was also so patient and accommodating throughout the entire process. I was indecisive and changed my mind a few times throughout the planning process and she was nothing but warm and understanding and accommodating. She offered thoughtful suggestions and was happy to adjust as many times as we needed.
She even went above and beyond and created a second bouquet last minute for me for the ceremony. It was so thoughtful-truly white glove service.

It was evening and the shop was closed so I placed my order online that might and followed up with a phone call the next morning. They pleasantly acknowledged my online order and were glad for the phone call. I saw the basket of plants I ordered the following day at the funeral home during the wake, and it was BEAUTIFUL! “Flowers were delivered when promised and were fresh. However, the arrangement looked almost nothing like the picture of what I ordered on the website. While I understand that substitutions need to be made based on what is available at the time, I feel that the arrangement received has far fewer flowers and is mostly filler.
Editing review from 3 to 4 stars and adding: The owners of this shop reached out and offered a discount on the arrangement because they knew I was not happy - which I appreciated but did not accept. As a small business, they did the best they could (and even explained they put more flowers than the original photo contained), and as I originally mentioned, the arrangement was very fresh and lasted a long time. There are not many businesses that would stand by their work and be accountable like this, and I would definitely give them another chance in the future due to their outstanding business practices! If I ordered again, I think I would call and discuss what I wanted, instead of ordering online. Thank you to the owners for being so dedicated to customer service!”

“My family and I received a sympathy basket from my coworkers, and even though this is a sad time I had to stop and give a review.
The basket was amazing, it was well designed and had the most perfect fruit and crackers as well as snacks and Italian items, the person who delivered was awesome as the made sure to handle with care, and arrived at the time my boss said it would.
I would refer this place to anyone, and will remember to use this florist in the future, for flowers baskets and any other services.
