“I just want to give a big shoutout to Gallo Jewelry. Like most dudes I got a watch I liked and wanted to change the leather strap it came with to a metal bracelet. Of course, I thought “oh I’ll just be able to change it myself.” Well needless to say I couldn’t do it myself. So I stopped into Gallo and was helped immediately. I explained my situation and Rob, the gentleman helping me chuckled and had the bracelet on and sized to me within 10 minutes. When I asked how much I owed him he told me not to worry about. Given that I didn’t buy the watch or the replacement bracelet from them yet they still helped me out regardless shows the kind of customer service they have.
