“I went to this location to get pots and other kitchen items. Russell, the associate in the kitchen department was super helpful and friendly. The pot set was heavy and he helped us to bring the items on a cart to our car and even helped us to place it inside the car.

“Jonny is an unexpected surprise here, I went into willowbrook worried if I’d find anything that fits me that I like, and happened to see this store right as I walked into the mall, and Jonny within a minute had a full suit in my hands that I was in love with and to my surprise, fit me perfectly. I ended up buying a shirt as well as some dress shoes that made me come home and retire my last pair instantly. Jonny just kept nailing the sizes for everything I needed. Would come here just for Jonny’s service again, that man is a master at his craft and will get you what you need faster than calling 911. Thank you Jonny!”
“I went to Abercrombie to find an outfit for a night out. Carolina was incredibly kind and noticed I needed help. She picked out a number of jeans for me and tops to go with it. I tried things on for about a half hour while she kept bringing new sizes/styles. She really went out of her way to help me and I appreciated it so much.”

We were able to get the suit tailored right in the store and were able to pick it up 5 days later. We will definitely be returning here for any clothing/tailoring needs. “Overwhelming in the best way! I was bowled over by the insane quantity of donated materials they had, and more importantly, how organized it all was!!!! This was not some bargain bin with stained crap thrown in- these were nice quality clothes, sorted very specifically and resold for a VERY reasonable price. My eco-conscious heart swooned. I even got a bunch of fabric, how cool is that!!! Loved it and can’t wait to come back to keep digging. The staff were friendly and patient too, very hands off but if you needed help they’d be happy to oblige.”
