“Service always good. Staff polite and courteous. Always willing to help customers look for specific items. I was unable to find a particular top and a sales associate offered to look on another floor for me. Yes the top was located. What made the service stand out is because I initially didn't ask for help. She noticed that I was looking for something.”
“I went to this location to get pots and other kitchen items. Russell, the associate in the kitchen department was super helpful and friendly. The pot set was heavy and he helped us to bring the items on a cart to our car and even helped us to place it inside the car.

“Jonny is an unexpected surprise here, I went into willowbrook worried if I’d find anything that fits me that I like, and happened to see this store right as I walked into the mall, and Jonny within a minute had a full suit in my hands that I was in love with and to my surprise, fit me perfectly. I ended up buying a shirt as well as some dress shoes that made me come home and retire my last pair instantly. Jonny just kept nailing the sizes for everything I needed. Would come here just for Jonny’s service again, that man is a master at his craft and will get you what you need faster than calling 911. Thank you Jonny!”

Lightweight and compact jackets for everyday wear are my favorite. The best part is you can literally wear and store the jackets in the pouch they have included. “I went to Abercrombie to find an outfit for a night out. Carolina was incredibly kind and noticed I needed help. She picked out a number of jeans for me and tops to go with it. “My daughter had super long legs and a tiny waist, making it almost impossible to find jeans to fit right. There were 2 employees that went above and beyond helpful. They called into the warehouse and searched the entire store for her size. Even though we left empty-handed this was the most helpful, professional store.”

“I have never had better customer service at a retail store in my life. 10 out of 10 I would recommend this location to everyone. The employees working on January 21st deserve a raise. Came into the store a little overwhelmed with my five-month-old goddaughter as she just got done crying. All employees said hello the second I walked in the store. I went straight to the counter needing an exchange, I wasn't even there for 30 seconds before an employee came to assist me. Instead of point out where the items were in the store he asked the sizes I needed and brought everything directly to me as he can tell I was flustered. Another employee was helping me with shoes and instead of telling me he didn't have the size I needed he brought out the half size up and down that he had in store. (Which I then bought) Overall my experience at this location was so amazing that I will make sure to drive out of my way to come back. Thank you for making my day!”
