“I went to Abercrombie to find an outfit for a night out. Carolina was incredibly kind and noticed I needed help. She picked out a number of jeans for me and tops to go with it. I tried things on for about a half hour while she kept bringing new sizes/styles. She really went out of her way to help me and I appreciated it so much.”

“Macy's! Macy's! The instant you walk in the smell of perfume hits you, amazing. The employee at the jewelry didn't seem like they wanted to help me. I waited for 30 minutes before getting help. My husband was getting me a diamond necklace for birthday. He's card declined, make a guess what the employee asked say: Do we have money on the card? Unbelievable, we put security on a card, we forgot that we had it. So we tried a debt card and it still didn't work. I told her something was wrong with the machine and she said no. We just walked out.”

“They wouldve gotten a 5 start if it wasn't for the fact that they didn't have our suits ready by the date they told us because they forgot all about our suits. Other then that they were super helpful, found what we needed, held it for us until the other groomsmen were able to come and then were patient while we tried them on. I would go back and just hope that they don't forget the suit tailoring again.”

I have to wear orthotic inserts, so finding the right shoe can be a hassle, but Ibrahim was very accommodating and even tour-guided me to selections he thought would fit best. “Some clearance prices are so cheap it should be criminal. All staff except for one were amazing. The elderly lady in the jewelry section was huffing and puffing when I was looking at pieces with my little one. She made it clear she was annoyed by our presence and hovered a bit. I didn't care for her tone when she addressed my daughter. She was moving the shopping cart closer to me and this lady rudely asked her where she was going with that. Guess I'll avoid the Tiffany's section from here on out.”

“I have never had better customer service at a retail store in my life. 10 out of 10 I would recommend this location to everyone. The employees working on January 21st deserve a raise. Came into the store a little overwhelmed with my five-month-old goddaughter as she just got done crying. All employees said hello the second I walked in the store. I went straight to the counter needing an exchange, I wasn't even there for 30 seconds before an employee came to assist me. Instead of point out where the items were in the store he asked the sizes I needed and brought everything directly to me as he can tell I was flustered. Another employee was helping me with shoes and instead of telling me he didn't have the size I needed he brought out the half size up and down that he had in store. (Which I then bought) Overall my experience at this location was so amazing that I will make sure to drive out of my way to come back. Thank you for making my day!”

They probably have what you're looking for if you're just going regular old clothing shopping, probably not the place for you if you rock street-wear or anything of that nature but they have some hidden gems so id look just in case ;)”

They called into the warehouse and searched the entire store for her size. Even though we left empty-handed this was the most helpful, professional store.”

“I visited boxed lunch at the willowbrook mall to see what is was about as my kids and I do like anime and comic things. The store did have some pretty cool things all based on such genres. From unique things like themed toasters that make batman toast to the usual shirts, stuff animals and other goods. The staff was very helpful, kind and friendly and that is always a huge plus in my book. So if you have such interest, I'd recommend a visit.”
