Standing here now in line. This deposit has now taken almost 20 minutes. Besides the nice gentleman who was helping me with the rather long deposit, there were the two ladies at the front who are extremely rude. They were rude to someone who didn’t hear them say “I’ll be right with you” and since the customer still approached the counter and said “I have a question.” They cut her off and said I’ll be right with you I’m in the middle of a transaction. The one counter girl went to the back by the drive through window and talked very loudly about the interaction she just had at the front counter fabricating that the customer was rude when in fact she wasn’t at all. All the comments you read about staff being rude is completely true. Last time I’ll use this branch.

Never have I made a simple deposit in less than 25 minutes. This is consistently the slowest TD bank I have ever been to. Just keep that in mind ifYou’re trying to plan out a couple of time sensitive errands.

Absolute joke. How does your whole system just break down everyday ? I can see how they have less than 2 stars.

Branch took a problem and compounded it. Took three calls to customer service to straighten it out. I’d choose another branch.

I was denied service because I do not have an account with this bank. I wanted to change $10.

I'm extremely disappointed with my most recent experience at this branch. I was unable to make a deposit at the Jackson Ave branch since they were short staffed and drive through only. After waiting for 10 minutes without moving, I decided to venture over to Pompton Lakes. I was happy to see a much shorter line and waited for my turn at the window. The deposit I had to make was for a club I advise at the high school where I teach. This was clearly indicated on the deposit slip. I had some rolled coin (which I know TD accepts since removing their Penny Arcade machines) and singles, which I counted and strapped in half straps. Being a former teller, I always appreciated when the small gesture was done for me so I always try to do the same. I waited for less than ten minutes for my transaction to be processed towards the end, an older lady pulled up in the lane next to me and complained to the second teller in the drive through (not the one helping me) that they needed more staff since she had to wait for her turn to be helped. She was not there when I arrived, so imagine if she would have only known the experience I had and how long I had to wait that day. When the teller had finished my transaction, instead of asking if there was anything else she could help with, or telling me to have a great day, she told me that next time they would have to charge me for the rolled coin since it "takes too long to count". I couldn't help but wonder if the older lady's comment had any bearing on her decision to say this to me. As a former TD teller, it's extremely disappointing to see how their customer service has completely deteriorated. Charge me extra? To do your job? Which involves counting money for a fundraiser for children? Back when I worked for TD we never had two tellers in the drive through on a Tuesday afternoon. They clearly had enough help, so it was astonishing to see that they clearly do not care about their WOW index anymore. The kicker was when I went home and told my husband the story. He had been calling TD branches looking for coin for his business, but this branch always declined citing a coin shortage. Maybe they wouldn't have a shortage if they just accepted it from their customers.

My family and I have been banking in this bank since they opened even when it was called commerce, anyway, the management service here is slow and horrible! The assistant manager Italo that provided service is NOT a people person. Went in to get my safety box and claimed we have not paid the fee for the box when in fact, we did so weeks ago. The service took so long, waited over 20 mins when there was no one there—-and attitude by the management. BRING BACK TO CUSTOMER SERVICE THAT WE ARE USED TO!!!!

HORRIBLE customer service...I asked a person at the desk a question... and he responded with an attitude.... When they sent me a text..saying it was my turn... I went in... stood there for several minutes... not 1 person greeted us... walked past and not a word...no hello...no we will be right with you..not a smile anywhere...... then when I was finally greeted ... she was not nice... not a hello, smile nothing( I have dealt with her before and ALWAYS had the same attitude).... told me I need to sign in... I said I did... she said oh u did. I don't see your name.... I opened the text to show her..... She acted annoyed I was there.... in fact so did the 1st guy!! I will no longer deal with this bank

I have been standing here waiting for some customer service for over 20 minutes now!!! This manager is really helping the other manager with one customer. Like why is this other manager a manager if they need help doing the job? Looks like poor management to me. Then as soon as this guy helps us he tells me he can’t help today. Waited 20 to hear that. Thanks boss.
