I am own an IT/PC repair business. This store never has anything. Last time I went, they didn't have modems in stock. The time before that, I had to go 3 times to get a cable box that would work. This time I went to replace my own modem and they told me they don't stock fiber modems. I've never seen such incompetence. This is the only store in a 20 mile radius because they closed a bunch of them. Altice has ruined Optimum's customer service in so many ways. Horribly run.

My experience at this store in pompton plains was terrific Hank paid such detail to everything and got me set up with a good phone at a great price Andrew who looks like the store manager he was also terrific.. I had a problem with my debit card because I had to swipe it but they don't take swipe cards so Andrew will actually pay for it for me and I just went and got him the cash back I don't think any place would do that except for this please.. so five stars for Hank and Andrew I recommend going to the store absolutely

I am a huge fan of Optimum fiber optics, but your cable boxes suck. Nicole/Andrew at your Pompton Plains store sold me on a hidden box. Its awesome! They are awesome!

Worse mobile service you can sign up to. DON'T WASTE YOUR TIME. Constant call delays, call drops, no service, out of range network not available and on and on, customer service has no idea on how to fix the problem and to end add to your stress you will be stuck with the finance of the phone if you switch to another provider!!! TOTAL SCAM AND FULL OF EMPTY PROMISES.

You should have called back in the immediate 24 hour window you told me you would. Your service technician and customer representatives double charging me is absurd and I will be contacting my bank to dispute the charge. In addition, the second another service provider becomes available I am switching. Your service i get is not what I pay for, and you have the audacity to charge me when your technicians refused to install the router where it should’ve been to begin with. Optimum is a bunch of scam artists. Always have been and always will be.

OPTIMUM-Choose another CompanyPlease look at other options before you choose OPTIMUM. If I could leave 0 stars I would. Customer service is non-existent. I am a customer for 25 years and am finally going to switch to another company. I just had my 4th service call and have spent countless hours on the phone and still have no resolution. Today the service call was comical, the tech told me he has to do something, necessary or not, in order for him to complete the service call. I am now left with a signal that is worse than before. Explore other options before settling on Optimum
