“I had the absolute BEST experience with this company. I got a flat on the interstate and the roadside assistance provided by my car Insurance lied and said they couldn't tow where I was located (wasting 2 hrs of my time). I then called Pompton, and within 25 minutes, Walter pulled up in a new, clean and comfortable tow truck and got my car loaded up. Walter took the time to understand my situation and provided me with a few options to ensure I was back on the road and home that night. Ended up towing me back to the shop where the owner Mike and additional employees patched my flat and got me back on the road in less than an hour from pick-up. I couldn't have asked for better service - no long wait times, kind & knowledgeable staff with excellent customer service skills. Thank you ALL for getting me home Monday night!!”
