“I hit a curb wrong and poked a hole in my sidewall (not fixable). (Luckily it was the "bald" tire.) I stumbled upon this place. They had my size in a good used tire. Presto-change-o, my car is back to normal. Great price, and you'd never know it's a used tire. Since that day, I'm converted. When I need a replacement tire, I always get a used tire. (Always check your tire pressure right after getting a used tire. Most places do everything right, but a few have sent me on my way with a ridiculously wrong pressure, like 18psi or 45psi.)”

I got a flat on the interstate and the roadside assistance provided by my car Insurance lied and said they couldn't tow where I was located (wasting 2 hrs of my time). I then called Pompton, and within 25 minutes, Walter pulled up in a new, clean and comfortable tow truck and got my car loaded up. Walter took the time to understand my situation and provided me with a few options to ensure I was back on the road and home that night. Ended up towing me back to the shop where the owner Mike and additional employees patched my flat and got me back on the road in less than an hour from pick-up. I couldn't have asked for better service - no long wait times, kind & knowledgeable staff with excellent customer service skills. Thank you ALL for getting me home Monday night!!”

“I picked up an auto transporter from U-Hail and.needed help to get my car up the ramp and secured. I googled "towing service" and clicked on the first result. I explained what I needed to the person who answered (Andrew) and listened patiently, then he said he can help me. It was Saturday around 5 PM, he texted his address and told me me to bring the truck/auto transporter and my car. When I got there, Andrew got the car on and secured it for me....and then he said there was NO CHARGE. Who does that??!! Andrew has a heart of gold and is an expert in towing.”

“We had a bumper cover done by euroclass about 6 years ago. The bumper cover came loose and it was nobody's fault. We called Marc and we went in the next day. He fixed it in 20 minutes and didn't charge us anything. I know they don't make much money on a bumper cover and to fix it at no cost was going over and above. Thanks Marc. If we need any bodywork in the future, you're our guy.”

“I brought my car on Carlos just to get a tire patched and while doing that he noticed I had some other issues going on in my car. He immediately pointed out what he saw and thought that i needed to get repaired. He told me to come back in as soon as I had time during the week. “A bit disappointed. showed up to this gas station around 10pm, only to find it closed-even though Google says it's open 24 hours. I went a bit out of my way to get here because the prices looked cheaper, but it ended up being a waste of time. Shell used to be one of my go-to gas stations, but lately I've been to a few that were also closed at night despite claiming to be open 24/7. Just a heads-up-don't count on this one being open late.”

“Rolled in with a shredded serpentine belt, car totally undriveable and giving overheating warnings. It was a scary experience on the 87 N, and just happened to roll off the highway exit and into a parking spot outside the shop. We walked in and explained what just happened to Jan and she moved some appointments around to get our car looked at right away. We were 5 hours from home and needed to get to work the next day, so starting work around 1 PM, and finishing before it got dark (alternator also had to be replaced) really saved us. We were able to drive home the same day with a car I thought was totally trashed. So grateful we got lucky with rolling into this shop. Met some nice locals that offered rides to the small town next to the shop for food. We declined and waited it out before paying and driving home for a very very long day of travel. But I can not thank them enough for getting us in and out on the fly, ordering and installing the parts the same day. Jan is a live saver and knows her stuff when it comes to cars. All the tourists giving low reviews seem totally irrational and are taking their personal car issues out on a car shop simply giving them honest news about their vehicles. This is one of the most trustworthy car shop owners I’ve come across, especially considering it’s in a rural area and we only stopped here by sheer luck. THANK YOU JAN!!!”

Kevin went the extra step and towed the vehicle in the safest manner possible with minimal dragging of the car onto the bed and stayed alongside with me until the car was able to turn back on
