“I am so grateful for the honesty & customer service I experienced recently at this store, looking to start a new line. I asked about doing so with a new number and she explained all the deals, free phone options, pricing, etc. Then, despite knowing that she wouldn't get the commission, (which I wanted her to get because she has such marvelous customer service and I have always had a good experience) the dear saleswoman was able to suggest to me a way to transfer my number to a separate line. She is VERY caring, helpful, kind and humane and I was grateful for her honesty.”

“Want to get my compliments to the owner one of the best 7-Elevens that I've been to in the longest time it actually reminds me of the old 7-Elevens when they had honor and dignity The hot dogs were amazing and the toppings were actually awful and you had a variety of them to choose from everything look fresh and the staff are very friendly something that you do not see in most 7-Eleven these days I will definitely be coming back here more often”

“This 7-11 is definitely of the older generation of stores, but it is always clean and well lit, both in the store and in the lot. They have everything you'd expect from a 7-11: Big Gulps, Big Bites, Slurpees, nachos, donuts, heat-your-own burritos, NJ Lottery tickets and of course, coffee. They even carry proprane and do Blue Rhino exchanges! The staff is generally very friendly and get to know their regulars. The owner is on site frequently, and shows pride in his store. One morning, a new cashier overcharged me by 15 cents for some cough drops. It really couldn't have been any smaller of an issue, but two days later when I stopped back in he insisted on giving me my coffee for free, "for my trouble." Despite my objection, he insisted. Can't argue with good customer service. The Wawa across the street closed down about a year ago now, and this little 7-11 makes me not miss them a bit.”

I go here at least 4-5 a week since it close to work and EVERY SINGLE TIME I walk in… I get greeted hello (no matter if they are mopping, in the back where I can’t see them, or at the register. I get greeted hello and how’s it going.Absolutely intrigued by the manager and the workers for making small moments be impactful. Since it’s an on the go process I love the fact they just make this 7/11 warm and welcomed.I would not write this review if it was not worth it. I hope the staff here gets recognized by their superiors”

“The store can get quite hectic during peak hours, making it challenging to navigate. However, it would greatly benefit from the addition of self-checkout stations. The staff is friendly and accommodating, but the behavior of the management leaves something to be desired. Despite this, the store boasts a vast selection of items, making it an ideal destination for those who enjoy browsing. The fresh produce section is well-stocked and the Starbucks conveniently located at the entrance is a nice touch. In addition, there is ample parking available in the front of the store, making it easy to come and go.”
“My favorite Target in the area! Good selection of wares and it's not nearly as busy as the Nassau Park Blvd. one. Employees are also generally nice and helpful. That being said, the produce is a little lacking. Maybe I shouldn't expect too much from the Target produce section, but when you don't even have any bananas available, I feel like that's a bad look. We will be back for sure, though!”

“On 9/24/23 I went here with my elder male client client who is living with developmental disabilities to help him get access to his account after hours of trying to help him get this done over the phone. Christian picked up on my clients needs right away and he went more than above and beyond to assist us. He provided exceptionally friendly service and it’s obvious that he genuinely cares about people and doing the best he can to help others. Thank you for your help manager Christian you are awesome and amazing!”

“Great store but I should let people know this information as it did affect me. If you sign-up for the Best Buy Membership, the cancellation works differently from most stores.If you cancel it, let's say on Month 3, even though you have 9 months left, Best Buy will cancel everything from the time of cancelation as they want you to keep it active for 1 year as there is a higher chance you will forget about the auto-renewal.Usually when you cancel something they either prorate it or will notify you on the time you have left based on your payment, but best buy operates in their own way and they mis-lead it when signing up.”
“This is a good and big apple store ? where all apple products like iPhones, I watch, Mac books, iPads, phone case and covers. Prices are same as online no additional discounts are provided. “Update-Luca saved the day. He was able to replace the non-working charger. Also was able to figure out the issue with the locator. Problem with safari but he showed me a workaround. Great job Luca. Changed from one star to four stars because he fixed a bad situation created by the first employee. Initial post- Our $45 charger just stopped working. We bought it a free months ago at a Verizon store. Rep Nayyar said nothing they can do. Wouldn't even look up when I purchased it. Said she couldn't. Said I should call Apple. Might as well buy accessories at Apple for all the help you won't get here. She seemed bothered about having to help at all. The location on route 18 in east Brunswick is much more on the ball. If you come to this store I suggest waiting for someone who actually doesn't mind doing their job. Asked to fix my location (near me now gets wrong county). After wasting my time she said I have to wait for someone else. New? Untrained? Doesn't care? Hates job? Super crappy experience. Had her hand out ready to charge me $46 to buy a new charger. In event she gets sales credit I will let the person I am waiting for ring it up. Shaking my head.”
“I go to this 7-11 all the time, especially for quick purchases when I’m at Bill’s across the street. Tonight, I seemed to have lost my phone in the store, and the front desk employee that was on, I believe his name was Rahman, was very concerned and helpful. He used his phone to call and help me locate mine while I was very upset and nervous. It doesn’t seem like much, but it really meant the world in my time of need. He’s always so friendly when I go in. A++ for customer service!!!!”
“Been there 4 times in matter of couple years these guys are the best have more options sometimes you even get a free case. Only thing is they don't pick up the phone but this only metro store I deal with even though it's out of the way”

“There are a few stations in the area,I usually hit the one across the road because it's more convenient and less crowded. However today I wanted to see if I could grab some lottery tickets while I got gas, much like another reviewer said the guy at the pump is pretty bossy about where to park. I didn't want to pull forward because then my front end might be blocking the flow in the small lot. So I quickly ran inside to grab a ticket, luckily there were 2 clerks because some customer had the one clerk engaged in a story. Anyway I was able to get in and out of the whole deal pretty swiftly.”
