“I recently set my Xbox 360 kinect back up and brought my kids to get some new to us games. We picked up 2 games, but when we got home one of them wouldn't read. I had no issues swapping it out (luckily there was another copy), and we've been having fun since.

“I went to this store since I had an issue whereas I had to go prove my identity to get assistance. After asking them for help they hit a wall as did I on the phone. Tom asked me to call back and lets try to work on it together. After 45 minutes of back and forth Tom had to run (end of day) so he asked if I minded having Jose (Zay) Franco take over. Well he did and after about an hour more he was able to settle all of the issues and I walked away extremely happy. Kudos to these two guy's who didn't shrug me off or run and hide in the back and provided amazing customer satisfaction. These day's it is not often you get this kind of help so I figured I had to let their bosses know... They changed the way I now view T-Mobile that is how customer experience should be! Thanks again you two and keep up the good work it will pay off over time. Best -Mike”

“Update-Luca saved the day. He was able to replace the non-working charger. Also was able to figure out the issue with the locator. Problem with safari but he showed me a workaround. Great job Luca. Changed from one star to four stars because he fixed a bad situation created by the first employee. Initial post- Our $45 charger just stopped working. We bought it a free months ago at a Verizon store. Rep Nayyar said nothing they can do. Wouldn't even look up when I purchased it. Said she couldn't. Said I should call Apple. Might as well buy accessories at Apple for all the help you won't get here. She seemed bothered about having to help at all. The location on route 18 in east Brunswick is much more on the ball. If you come to this store I suggest waiting for someone who actually doesn't mind doing their job. Asked to fix my location (near me now gets wrong county). After wasting my time she said I have to wait for someone else. New? Untrained? Doesn't care? Hates job? Super crappy experience. Had her hand out ready to charge me $46 to buy a new charger. In event she gets sales credit I will let the person I am waiting for ring it up. Shaking my head.”

“If you come to this store during the weekend, expect there to be insanely long lines. I would not come here on the weekend. Just like I would not come to Costco on the weekend either. However, if you come here during the week, or schedule an appointment online before you come in, the wait isn't terrible. The staff is knowledgeable. Plus, you can drop off your old electronics, monitors, etc here and they will take it from you free of charge. You do not need it to be an Apple device!”

“The people at this 7/11 are just different. I go here at least 4-5 a week since it close to work and EVERY SINGLE TIME I walk in… I get greeted hello (no matter if they are mopping, in the back where I can’t see them, or at the register. I get greeted hello and how’s it going.Absolutely intrigued by the manager and the workers for making small moments be impactful. Since it’s an on the go process I love the fact they just make this 7/11 warm and welcomed.I would not write this review if it was not worth it. I hope the staff here gets recognized by their superiors”

“I always have a great experience when I go to this 7-11. The coffee is always good, the big bite hot dogs real tasty with lots of fixings. Their wings are better then any restaurants I've tried and very meaty. They should just offer the blue cheese dressing to go with them, but don't have blue cheese. The staff are very nice and helpful if you need anything. I highly recommend!!”
