Customer Service needs some help. The are fairly unresponsive, especially compared to other CS locations. I have a 7 figure account at CS and couldn't get a response for two weeks at which point I went elsewhere. I got multiple mass general distribution emails during the same timeframe.

Personnel very welcoming and knowledgeable and all right procedures taken for protection against virus. Good investment brokers. Parking on street with meters.
