However due to the delay he though in a free rug for the inconvenience especially since it was around the holiday time. I really appreciated his customer service. When furniture arrived the same day they came to deliver and assemble. I recommend everyone to shop with Regency because not only are they local and accommodating but, I searched high and low for this sectional in this specific color.
