I’ve been using Public Storage at Ewing and Parkside for some time now, and I have to say, Holly is an absolute gem! From the very beginning, she’s provided top-notch customer service. She’s always welcoming, friendly, and attentive, making my experience here a breeze. She genuinely goes above and beyond, and it’s clear she takes pride in her work. Also, a shout-out to her nails—they're stunning! The colors are always on point and they certainly add to her charm. Highly recommend this location and Holly for anyone in need of storage!

“So far, so good! Was able to get into my unit same day that I ordered it (I went to the unit about 30 minutes after I paid and I had access). The process was so smooth to get started, and was welcomed right away. I was shown how to lock and unlock the unit from the site manager, and it’s been a breeze so far! The site manager, Dave, told me to download the app for Bluetooth access for the gate and that has been amazing. Definitely recommend this site for your storage needs!”
“I was one of your first storage residents when this facility open a little more than two years ago. I no longer needed a 5×5 six months ago so I removed everything and closed out the unit. This is when I met Derek. We had a lengthy conversation regarding the economic issues of today. Yesterday, April 17, 2024, I went online to reserve a larger unit and found the two month promotion for a 10×20×8 amazing. I got to the facility to finalize the reservation and Derek remembered my name. He was with another customer and she appeared to be impressed. Well, I know I was impressed because of how many people come through your doors each day. I am happy I made the choice between Metro and the other facility down the highway. After the transaction was complete, Derek said, "WELCOME HOME."”

“The manager is excellent and he is a Keeper. He should train others how they should treat people when they come for a service and the worker, he is also good at his job. They are an excellent team. “The locker facility itself is good and the protocol is straightforward. Very well kept and the system is organized. However, the customer service is lacking. They are impossible to reach by phone and seem to take extra long lunch breaks. When I went in person, the associate there was incredibly slow, not knowing how to use the scanner, and talked my ear off, explaining every single thing that I did not need to know. However, it got the job done.”
