“I’m a small business owner and drop off packages at this USPS location almost every day. The desk staff here have always been kind, patient, professional, and welcoming. They are always smiling and willing to help, even during busy times, and I really appreciate their hard work.
I can’t speak about issues related to carriers or lost packages, because those are not the fault of the front desk staff. From my personal experience with the counter employees, I have absolutely no complaints. They do a great job and deserve recognition for their professionalism and customer service.

I came for a passport service and it was very smooth, Matt and Harpreet helped me and made sure I was all set to send the application to DS. The USPS website for rescheduling appointments doesn’t work, be wary of that.”

They answered all of our questions, took our photos and got us in and out in record time. Just 15 minutes for both of us. The whole process was so easy and painless. “Efficient most of the time but one package that wouldn't fit into the bin got lost. The young guy was hesitant to take it until I told him it didn't fit in the drop bin, 6 months later and still no trace.”
“I always take any mail to send from Belle Mead (I live in Hillsborough, Hillsborough Post Office is pitiful for various reasons) Any service I need is either Belle Mead or Manville. There is a wonderful, nice helpful Postal Worker at Belle Mead named Javier (J) he is the go to guy. He deserves a raise”

“Amazing place, I have a non verbal autistic kid, I take him with me every time I mail somethings, I can’t believe there is one staff she colored her hair with red wine color, she is very sweet with my kid, my son makes some loud noises, she never show any kind of faces instead she always say hi and greet us happily!”
“Although I unfortunately didn't catch her name, the clerk who assisted me a few weeks ago was incredibly helpful. She was very kind when helping me understand which packaging and slips I needed. She then went above and beyond by making me aware that something was missing from my package (which was an application for something important) and helping me find a way to include it so that my application would be processed correctly. I can't thank her enough for her assistance!”

“I've been using this USPS location for my regular shipments, and honestly, it's the definition of reliable. They open exactly on time, which I appreciate even more after dealing with another nearby post office that once opened an hour and a half late. Here, you can plan a quick 10 minutes in and out before work without stress.
The staff is always welcoming, helpful, and efficient. Service is fast, lines move, and you feel like your time actually matters.

“The Hamilton Post Office is one of the best locations around. The staff was quick, efficient, and friendly, making the visit seamless. What truly sets them apart is their extended weekend hours—staying open until 2:00 p.m. on Saturdays is a massive convenience compared to most other post offices in the area.”
“Called the Hillsborough P.O to ask for a mail hold on the express mail pkg the came in and was gonna be available for delivery. RON was nice enough to call me to come pick it up. When leaving the car wouldn't start. I jumped it to get to the P.O.. That worked but when leaving it wouldn't turn over. I forgot to take my cables with me so Ron who called me located a set of jumpers and got a carrier to swing by and jump me in the parking lot. I want to thank and commend Ron and the staff for bailing me out today. They were very kind and curious and willing to help. Thanks Ron. You saved me today. I highly recommend this branch over several other local branches. A+++”
