I go out of my way to make an appointment, take time off of work, and when I show up on time and the employee says yeah that's not going to happen today. They didn't call me before the appointment to reschedule, they didn't do anything to let me know, they just said when I showed up that they can't do the appointment. They are always rude to people too. No explanation, just trying to get me to reschedule. I don't have PTO time to burn just for them to not hold up their end of the appointment.

Worst customer service. Their store phone number will never connect with them directly, it goes to general customer service the then you will be told that the store persons will call you back. You will never get a call back again. They keep calling us for appointments unnecessarily, we had visit with an appointment 3 times to just order the contacts for my daughter who has been wearing contacts before too. Too much wait time as well at the store and they don't even care greeting the customer and asking to wait.

Yeah, you might experience a long wait time, but chances are that’s because the doctor is patiently answering all of the patient before you, questions and concerns. She takes her time with patients and listens. Can’t express how great and patient the guy store manager was. Super kind and helpful.

Your staff (Ramon) handled an issue with my new order with ease and knowledge. This is my first time using VW. If I continue to receive the same excellent service I will be back for all of my eyeglass needs.

Dr.Kim found a hole in my Retina told me to go right to a specialist before it detached. I went the Doctor he fixed it with a laser and told me how lucky I was that Doctor Lee found it in time. I could have lost my vision permanently if it detached.

Horrible Staff (the front desk girl with long braids) is the most unprofessional and needs an attitude adjustment. Customers pay your salary so you may want to try being professional and courteous. This location won't make it with this horrible service. My time matters and won't be wasted at this establishment. Staff walks around and chats instead of doing their job or helping customers. It would have been nice if the Manager did something. Maybe told her to do her job, but apparently doesn't care. DON'T GO HERE.

Guy working front desk has excellent customer service, very knowledgeable… last year my insurance didn’t cover a second pair of free glasses and he let me know calmly and cooly while giving me a solution I was looking forIf he doesn’t get a raise, y’all doing a disservice. Dude wears glasses, didn’t catch his name

STAY AWAY FROM THIS STORE - they ordered contacts for me, then lost the order, and didn’t realize it. In the end it took 4 months and multiple trips for me to get them. The store manager doesn’t care about customer experience and ignored all the feedback. One of the store personnel couldn’t find orders in the system or physically. Just totally incompetent all around.

Will not return to this location, Dr Kim was excellent everybody else un professional, Go elsewhere. Customer service was horrible, just threw my glasses on the counter when I came to pick them up and did not ask me if they fit or anything, leaving me standing there. Will not return here.

Never again. Took an appointment on my busy time and they canceled without any consideration after more then 30 minutes driving. No thank you!

Worst place ever.I have set up an appointment online for the first time and got confirmation. Just before my appointment time, they sent a cancelation email. I called them, and the person told me he didn't know why it was canceled. As per his suggestion, I set up another appointment and got the confirmation. Again, they canceled it just before the appointment!! I called again, but they didn't receive it.I would never try to go here again. After reading all the reviews, I would not recommend this place to anyone.
