“I cannot recommend Doug enough at Quality Auto Body! It was my first experience navigating collision repair and he made the process so seamless. Doug was very thorough in explaining the kind of work that needed to be done on the car and was very patient in explaining the breakdown in price (which ended up being a lot more reasonable than previous estimates I had obtained). Very informative, kind, and highly communicative! And as for the work on the car, the team buffed the scratches and dents out so well that the car actually looked better than it did the day I bought it! I'm very pleased with the service here overall.”
