“I just don't know why some of these stores participate in free slurpees if they dont want do. I never go to 7/11 slurpee day and see the person doing the slurpees with a smile on their face. They always look super agitated. I get it. There was probably a ridiculous amount of people there all day. But every customer isn't the bad experience. It doesn't hurt to smile. The young lady at the cash register was super nice. She had a smile and thats all it takes to give good customer service.”

Theni went to the Metro on Ferry st and the experiences was xompletely different. The girl there was amazing, she called her support department asked for my ID and helped me without any problem at all.
Withouta doubt,the best customer service I've received at Metro by tmobile is at 173 ferry St location.”

For unique gift items or even personal use (embroidered hand towels, coasters, coin purse, bags, keychains, soaps, religious items, the list goes on) - this is a go-to place. On the other side of the store you can find home gadgets and appliances. It may be pricey but it's still a nice place to go to. I have gone back here numerous times either to browse or buy souvenir or religious items. I really recommend this store- so many items to choose from.”
