“Best Service ever & never had any issue .
Dean always helpful and doing a great job.
I only use this location in Edison.
Thank you ?”
“Wow I cannot say enough amazing things!!! I had an AWFUL experience Monday in Cranford trying to do a name change on my passport. I walked in and no one wanted to help me despite having an appointment, and they also told me I had the wrong form (it ended up being the correct form). After 45 minutes, my gut told me to leave and go to another post office. I walked into Fanwood today and was so pleasantly greeted by Evans who told me I indeed had the right form and walked me through the entire process. He was so wonderful and knowledgeable, and I am so happy my instincts told me to try another post office. Had I submitted my application the way they were advising, I would have received a rejection letter and wouldn’t have my passport in time for my vacation. Highly recommend Fanwood. They are truly wonderful here.”
“I had to mail many documents and Jaison was incredibly friendly, professional, and patient. He took the time to explain all my options and handled everything with great care. The service here is always fast and reliable. This is my go-to post office!”
“I just left this post office and some of the best customer service from the young lady at the counter I believe her name was Clarisha. Definitely helped me out a lot! Thank you!!!”
“My favorite post office . The staff is very friendly and always helpful. Everything is done clearly and quickly, no fuss . Love the place . I wish this office to prosper and the staff to be healthy and happy !”
“Awesome customer service experience! Keith went out of his way to deliver a package that had been delayed due to a bad address. I appreciate people like Keith !!!”

“Another thumbs up for Ray. I’m lucky to live a few blocks from this post office so I’m in pretty regularly, and I’ve never seen him be anything but pleasant and helpful.”
“I had the pleasure of being assisted by Lovida at the post office, and I must say, she completely turned my experience around. After two previous visits, one being a walk-in and another an appointment that had to be rescheduled due to short staffing… I was beginning to feel a bit frustrated. But the moment I walked in on the third time, Lovida greeted me with a cheerful smile and made me feel completely at ease. Not only was she warm and friendly, but she was also incredibly helpful and went above and beyond to ensure I had everything I needed. Her positive attitude and willingness to assist truly made me forget about the previous inconveniences I had faced. I highly recommend seeking out Lovida’s assistance if you’re ever at this location—she’s a true asset to the team!”
“Passport acceptance facility - we had an infant to apply a passport + photo for, and pleasantly surprised to find the whole process was very smooth and friendly. Kudos to the workers at this USPS location!”
“Small office but people there are friendly, knowledgeable and efficient. There is no parking in front of it, so most likely you'll have to walk some distance from wherever you'll park the car, and the street is filled with "No Standing" and "No Parking" signs so if you're driving - you better leave someone inside the car who can move it without you or just ask someone else to drive you to this office.”
“Customer service was good. I went in to return a package and the male who was there was very helpful. It does get busy just fyi, like any other post office. But no complaints”
“This facility is my first choice for a post office as it is not far from where I live. Though this post office can use an upgrade/ renovation, the older gentleman who works at the counter is super sweet and very helpful. He is more pleasant than the other female representative who works at the counter. Overall, the team at this post office is pleasant, knowledgeable, and accommodating. There are times I arrive at this post office at closing and they still service me, which is very appreciated.”

“I love Tara, who works at this post office, I live in Summit and come all the way here just because of her. I always have a prepaid label so it is a quick in and out, I have a small business and do a lot of shipping. When being attended by other other officers, even having pre-paid labels, I have sometimes ran into comments about how something about my package or my label is wrong (wrong package type, wrong sticker placement, wrong "zone rate" (my labels are created automatically by the USPS software based on accurate package details and shipping info so these comments don't even make sense). That has never happened with Tara and my package delivery rate is 100% with her.”

“This is my favorite post office on Staten Island! Dishna, Lexie, Mike, and Krystal are all amazing and I highly recommend this post office for all of your mailing and shipping needs! They treat your packages and mail with care and respect!!”
“Best USPS in the area. Only strange part is when the lot is full and the post office is empty. Maybe Dunkin Donuts customers parked there? Going to miss Glen. Happy Retirement to him!”

“Very professional, unfortunately it's a small branch, they are working with what they have. Please understand that they're doing their best. I've had nothing but pleasant experiences besides the entitled people who think it's okay to park anywhere but the actual parking lot.”
“This my local post office. They have always been courteous and helpful. I wish they opened earlier, but the workers don't set the hours. I have never had a single rude encounter in all my years of going there.”

“The lady at the counter is a pleasure to speak to every time I go to the post office. She is much more helpful and friendly than the other post office clerks around and you can tell she clearly enjoys her line of work. amazing employee makes my trip special every time.”
“Awesome experience when I went to this location I literally was in and out in less than 5 mins the older Asian gentleman was polite and helped me with my letter.”
“I honestly don’t under the negative reviews. The employees are very helpful and friendly and the location is great with plenty of parking and no meters. I got my PO Box at this location instead of Westfield because it makes like so much simpler.”
“Friendly staff. There's short term parking outside which is convenient. I had to ship a large number of books and between buying postage online through PayPal, dropping off labeled boxes at the post office, it was much easier than I expected.”
“Amy was absolutely amazing with helping me through the process of getting my passport. She made my life so easy and hassle-free with a warm welcoming smile! Thank you so very much for everything!”
“This post office actually does what it’s intended to do: mail letters and packages and place sent mail into a correct PO Box. Not all USPS centers can do this, at all. The older gentleman there, is top notch there. He should be a model and example for what the USPS should ought to achieve every single day. There are a couple cranky employees, however so are some of the customers ahead of me in line. Nothing is perfect. This post office is great overall.”
“Everyone there was so polite, friendly and helpful. Had to go there with letters I received trying to change my dad’s address because he passed. Thought I was going to be there for half hour and the woman there had me in and out in 10 minutes. I went on a Saturday so maybe it’s more hectic on a weekday, not sure. I don’t really why other people gave them 1 star but definitely better service here than Cranford post office.”
“The lady that work there were so helpful. I am executor to my father’s estate and had to change his addresses and she was so patient, friendly and kind. That office is very busy and only 2 women there but they were very helpful, hard working and knowledgeable. With a long line and one woman having to take her lunch break I was impressed that I was in and out in 20 minutes. I do feel sorry for them also because it was 90 degrees that day and they have to work with no air conditioning. I am surprised they were as pleasant as they were having to work in those conditions. Shame on the United States Postal service for not taking care of your employees.”
