Roman was honest about the car right from the start, he told me right over the phone about the driving belt and other things that had been taken care of without me asking about it. It also had a very thorough carfax report which was very helpful for our own research into a used car. He allowed us to take our time and expect it in every way including driving it around and on the highway. The car was so clean and so clearly taken care of, Roman even removed dealer fees and worked with our budget and we got such a nice deal for such a lovely car. Been driving it constantly and works so wonderfully! When I brought it for some fresh fluid changes the mechanics were so impressed with how well taken care of the car is and trying to buy it off of me haha! Thanks again for the wonderful vehicle!”

“Good customer service over the phone, at the counter, and at the yard to pickup parts. I bought a glove box over the phone based on part listings from car-part.com. This is not a pick-n-pull style yard. You have to order your part and pick it up or ship it. No pictures of the glove box were available. Just the full interior picture of the car they had in their system that the employee texted me during the call. I was told it was in good condition and that I could ask for a refund if I wasn’t happy with it upon picking it up. Prices were expensive, but so were other recyclers in the area. We negotiated price. I had to email a picture of my drivers license with my payment. I could understand that for larger purchases, but this was just under $100, so I would prefer not to. You can always order in person, but I decided I trusted them and went with it. I ordered before noon and was told it would be ready for pickup the next day. When I picked it up, the yard worker told me to inspect it to make sure I was happy with it. The glove box I got was in a box with padding in great condition.”

Said he was at the strip club the night before. Was it Lenox Lewis ? I don’t remember his opponent. It was a huge disappointment. Thank God Joe got them comped lol.
