Absolute horrific experience, got screamed by a business banker telling to “get outta here “ after a dispute that he was responsible for, & branch manager just sat in next cubicle ignoring what was happening even tho I confronted him of what was happening. He just looked the other ways sitting on his chair. Like he could care less. All Because banker misled me and deceived me to believe a credit Card he was opening for me was 0% when actually it wasn’t 0%. He refused to take accountability for his mistake .I went in the branch for the branch manager to take care of situation as per instructed by credit card escalation team. Branch manager had no idea of the situation aside from my complaint about business banker the day before to customer service. Branch Manager was very nonchalant , and unfazed. Like he could care less. He didn’t seem to be aware or care what happens in his branch. He Wanted nothing to do with what was happening with me. Never offered to help with anything and instead delegated his responsibility to the same person that screwed Me over. Ultimately nothing could be done and now as a new business owner with a lot of start up costs and this huge amount about to be charged on my card I have to worry about this big interest rate now. I told the c banker he screwed me. I was so upset. I kept asking why did he do that, why did he show me the other cards when I only asked for 0% from the very beginning. How could he do something like that considering his profession. He couldn’t answer instead he said he kept saying he read me all the cards and I saw them,(but he never shared that these cards hec went over all had an interest. Meanwhile his negligence of that important info led me to believe what he was sharing was only 0% apr credit cards. ). he has not taken accountability and understanding that he deceived me. He was negligent.Between banker and I at that point Voices were being raised. He started screaming at me. I started yelling back at him, the whole place could hear us and then he told me to “get the hell out of here. “ Meanwhile the branch manager was sitting at next cubicle completely uninvolved like he couldn’t be bothered. I went to him saying how as a branch manager how does he not do anything about this. And he wouldn’t even look at me. He was just on his phone un fazed staring straight ahead the other directionAs I left I told the business banker I will be suing him and he shouted at me saying go ahead, I don’t care., yelling get out of here. Now I don’t feel comfortable going to my own branch anymore. Now I need to drive 25 min to get to the next closest bank.I’m on verge of closing my business checking acct all together.Disgusting

The whole experience is really bad I definitely don't recommend for any business to open with chase or have been to the branch almost everyday in the last week on Ruhi the private client banker was very helpful I mean very patient thanks only to her

I went to get a cashier's check and was in and out in less than 5 minutes. The lady that helped me was very polite and efficient.

Probably the WORST branch in the northern hemisphere. Workers have no clue how to do anything and make you wait for no reason.

The bank tellers are amazing here, Renee on the other hand is very very very very very rude.ThankfullyI can always go to the Suffern branch.Ms. Carmen at the Suffern branch is kind, helpful, polite, such a great person.

Arthur Corby is such a great guy made me feel like I am having coffee at my friends place while he is opening a business account for my company. Not surprised he is been banking for 15 years in Chase.

Ms. Ruhi Unwalla provided excellent customer services. Ms. Unwalla was professional and tried to provide the best service during my visit. She even made a follow-up call after my visit. Teller services are good and fast and usually no wait time for teller services. I had long wait time for two visits to open a new bank account and notary service. But the officer who helped me with opening account explained all terms very thoroughly and educated my teenager kid how debit card works. Other than these two long wait time experience, I am happy with this location.

Horrible branch!! Avoid this branch! The business bankers are rude and will make you stand there and wait without even asking what you need help with. You have to interupt them to get any kind of response!

Teller cant even make proper change. when its called to her attention they have shut the windows down and make you wait to rectify the draw. I guess Chase is trying to save money by hiring unqualified people and inconveniencing its customers. The teller couldn't even count out 20 bills. But its fine to keep customers waiting over 10 minutes for a simple transaction. The only thing simple about the transaction is the teller. RUN FROM THIS BRANCH and CHASE
