Excellent customer service. Sometimes ATM doesn't function as it should or is down, bit overall, great experience. In-bank personnel are top notch in terms of service.

Customer service over the phone is terrible, we are a business and when I called, they treated me as a scammer and I was only following directions from the owner of the company.

I really liked the service and the atmosphere in there. People are very thoughtful and kind. I had an appointment with George Arsah, and he was so nice. He explained everything very clearly and simply. It was a nice talk with him.
