“This S&A store has a lot of the little things one occasionally needs at (as always) good prices. They always have some kitchen and bathroom items I need, and I have over the years picked up some very good comfort clothing articles. If there is a drawback to here, it is that all too many times, the lines and the wait for the checkout counter can be interminable. Otherwise, it's not a bad experience here.”

This dollar store store offered a wide range of products. They have the good selection of many items, small household items, and art supplies.clean and well-organized store with no lines and simple checkout.”

“This place has usually expensive toys for lower prices. It's a great way to get out of production toys and rare toys you can't find elsewhere. There are also a few vehicles that fit with my model trains that are helpful. The only thing I don't like is that this mall doesn't enforce the mask wearing, so It's unsafe to visit at the present time.”

“Bersin was absolutely outstanding. First off, I must say the Wayne location on MTVW BLVD is super clean! I had my hands full with stuff because as everyone says, “I only came here for one thing.” I was approached by Bersin and she asked me if I needed a basket, I said no (Unconfidently) and she brought me one anyway. I ended up actually needing a basket because I grabbed more things. She then checked me out and was super fast. All of the employees there are awesome and it shows! They also have a huge selection of holiday items. :)”

“Place has many choices to choose from which is amazingly good, prices are reasonable but service from management is horrible, they are somewhat rude and unfortunately you have to talk loud so the guy manager could understand my English (they seem to be Indian) . My issue came when I walked in with my service dog. They had no idea what the point of the dog was I had to explain that he was even supposed to display the service dog sign.”

“I never knew about this place. If you don't, you should. Fun house stuff, fabulous clothing at near to nothing prices, just everything!. Many original brand names are cut out. Some tagless items still show manufacturer. They must have a deal to sell unsold products with Hanes, under armour, others. Also THE BEST place to get pajamas. During COVID - I just realized- we own more pajamas than real pants.? I grew up shopping in Bloomingdales, if I had known about Caldor or Bradlees I would have loved it!l Jembro is the place for tshirts, sweats, home good's, socks, snacks, just GO!”

“I had a situation where my car got towed from in front of the store while it was on and running. I went in to grab a single item and stood on line, in the time span of maybe 5 minutes my car was being towed away. I immediately asked for a manager and Holly came out to help. She was AMAZING! She acted fast and was prompt with the tow truck company on the phone. Another manager Terence paid for my uber to the towing lot & both also still continued to help me resolve the issue after I got to the lot where of course I still had to dispute with the towing company about my car. Holly got in contact with her boss Jose and he also helped with resolving the tow. All of the staff were amazing from in store to higher ups! I am truly grateful for their help & great customer service! Thank you Holly, Terence and Jose!”
“My usual spot but I’m annoyed!!!! This morning I got up real early! Website says you open at 8am. Door sign STILL SAY 9am. I go in and a gentleman who was nice apologized and said it will open at 8:30. It’s 8:30 now and still not open!! I’m running late and it’s not fair!! Please get it together!!!”
“Hi, I have been living in Paterson for 22 years. This location was ALWAYS horrible and terrible customer service. I stopped by the E15th location 2 days ago and wow was I shocked. Great customer service. The floors and shelves are so much cleaner. The store manager Judy is amazing please thank her for me. She and her team is doing a good job.”
