βThis S&A store has a lot of the little things one occasionally needs at (as always) good prices. They always have some kitchen and bathroom items I need, and I have over the years picked up some very good comfort clothing articles. If there is a drawback to here, it is that all too many times, the lines and the wait for the checkout counter can be interminable. Otherwise, it's not a bad experience here.β
βIβve always liked Five Below, and this location is still a fun place to shop, but I have noticed that not everything is actually βfive and belowβ anymore. A lot of items are now $5.55, $7, $10, and even higher, which was a little surprising at first. I get that prices are going up everywhere and certain items cost more to make, but itβs definitely something shoppers should know before they walk in expecting the old prices.
With that said, the store still delivers a great experience. The layout is bright, colorful, and easy to navigate, and itβs one of the few places where you can find toys, candy, headphones, home dΓ©cor, graphic tees, workout gear, and seasonal stuff all in one spot. Even with some items costing more now, the value is still good compared to regular retail stores.
The employees are friendly, and the checkout line moved quicker than I expected, even on a busy evening. I also appreciate that they keep the shelves organized and stockedβno digging through messy bins.
Overall, Iβd give the store a solid four stars. Itβs still a great place to grab fun items at low prices, just be aware that not everything is $5 anymore.β

βMy Go To for balloons!!! β€οΈ?Staff is lovely. They carry a variety of items from stationary to cards and seasonal items. Ignore the other reviews about it being a hoard or disorganized. Itβs a dollar store. Hello. I appreciate itβs in town. Great job to just a buck and beyond. ?β
βTons of clothes, furniture and electronics (movies, games too) spread over 3 floors. Very helpful and nice staff. Decent prices that got really good due to extra discount. Well worth a visit!β

βThis place has usually expensive toys for lower prices. It's a great way to get out of production toys and rare toys you can't find elsewhere. There are also a few vehicles that fit with my model trains that are helpful. The only thing I don't like is that this mall doesn't enforce the mask wearing, so It's unsafe to visit at the present time.β
βExcellent dollar tree with excellent balloon selection. Helium filled balloons start at $1.50 and the weight is $1.25. This is VERY reasonable because the balloons are great quality.
Also, great selection of holiday decor for every occasion. Love this store and specifically this well stocked location!β

βHad an amazing experience visiting this store this morning to grab some last minute items for an event. One of the store workers was super helpful, asked to assist me seeing that I would be struggling without a cart. Ge went and got me a cart and stacked my items carefully in the cart. The cashier, who seemed like he could also be the owner, Iβm not sure, was also very kind and helpful. The store was organized and clean and overall it was a great experience. Thank you!!!β

Good people of the modern age, know that I have wandered many a store in my time, yet few have seized my spirit quite like this one. From the moment I trespassed, I felt a strange sense of purpose, as though destiny itself had nudged me toward the seasonal aisle. I walked slowly, deliberately, rereading price tags as one might reread a favorite verse, savoring every single dollar saved. Five stars, easily, and I say this with the confidence of someone who will be coming back tomorrow, and the nest day, and the next.
I'd like to start off conjuring a moment of silence for your exceptional employees, Natasha and Eavagha. --------------------------
These special yet gay and friendly employees deserve the biggest raise known to man. This will if not yet, happen when I am the manager of this very store. Eavagha and Natasha, if you're reading this, know that every time I see y'all in this store, a smile spreads across my face. You guys are one of the reasons for my continuous arrival to this store. Thanks for being amazing people and keep up the good work!
Let us speak first of the broom, humble in appearance yet mighty in service. This broom bends over ever so slightly, as if weary from years of rough labor it has not yet performed, and I respect that. I swept not only the floor but the corners, the edges, and frankly areas that did not need sweeping, simply because I could. Each stroke filled me with satisfaction deriving from obsession. I now notice peace where I once knew dust, and I blame this broom entirely.
Next, I must chronicle the scented candle, which boldly claims to smell like vanilla and only partially tells the truth. It burns unevenly, defiantly, as though daring me to correct it; and correct it I did, with foil and intense focus. I stared into the flame longer than socially acceptable and felt rewarded as well as dumb. The scent lingers faintly, like a memory youβre not sure actually happened, and I love it enough to buy backups for my backups.
The plastic cup deserves recognition, for though it is clearly plastic, it pretends to be more; IS more. I drank water from it and felt elevated, almost refined, despite the slight warping near the rim. It makes a noise when set down that I now expect from all cups and miss deeply when absent. I purchased six and stack them nightly to ensure they are still there. They are. I check again anyway, afraid of the booty-bandit's potential theft of my prized possessions.
Finally, I must praise the notebook, whose paper is thin, brave, and unafraid of ink bleed through. I use it to make lists about the store, items I bought, items I almost bought, and items I will buy next time, until I buy your whole store. I keep this notebook close, as one might keep a journal or a grudge. In conclusion: five stars forever. I trust this Dollar Store more than most people, and I will continue to return with unwavering, slightly concerning devotion. Thank you for taking the time to acknowledge my appreciation for this one of a kind mart.

βI am an avid Dollar tree shopper. This is the best Dollar tree in North Jersey. The staff are so friendly they ask you are you looking for anything in particular on their own , items are always stocked on the shelf and the store is very clean. I drive 20 minutes just to go to this dollar tree.β

Over two floors (yes there is a basement here as well) you can find a lot of household necessities, party goods, toys and decorative items all at value. If there is one drawback here, it's that because they're so popular, frequently the lines at checkout can become a tad long, so please budget some extra time to shopβ

βReally good for quick odds and ends that are cheap, charging cables or something like that. But recently I discovered they have a small but decent selection of Korean/Japanese snacks like ramen and chips. Obviously, Bergen county is among the better places to shop Asian products, especially Korean products, but it's worth it to stop here for a few bags of turtle chips after going to shoprite.β
